Dr. Syed Ismail Shah did his PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Dr. Shah is a Founder Member of the Central Asian Cellular
Forum and is a QUALCOMM certified trainer. Dr. Shah has successfully taught CDMA & UMTS/W CDMA courses in many countries over the past few years. He
has been teaching wireless technologies and other communication subject at reputable institutes in Pakistan and USA. He is currently working as, Head,
Department of Computing and Technology, Iqra University Islamabad, Pakistan and an adjunct faculty member, University of Southern Illinois, Carbondale, IL,
USA. Dr. Shah is a Senior Member, IEEE, USA.
