Moving-up Ceremony is the glorious pride, and the hard-earned prize, of parents and completers
alike, at this point conquered. We may have encountered a compendium of trials along the way, but our
presence today becomes the salient proof of how we have survived and succeeded. This year’s theme
“UNITY IN DIVERSITY: QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL”, supports the collective effort of
stakeholders and learners in achieving a common vision of a strong republic and global competence.

Everybody be seated.
At this moment, Ladies and Gentlemen, JAMES S. SOLAYAO, With High Honors, will deliver the
WELCOME ADDRESS on behalf of the candidates for completion. A resounding applause everyone.

Thank you, James. At this point, ladies and gentlemen, the highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in
our midst. To do the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for completion, may we have on the
stage our dynamic and result oriented, Secondary School Principal - II, Mr. PEDRO L. MONTECILLO
JR., will have the presentation of completers.

Please be seated. Today’s affair is being graced by a special man who will in a minute deliver his words
of wisdom to our young completers and to our parents as well. To get to know more of him, may we call
on stage our very own Secondary School Principal - II, in the person of Ms. Pedro L. Montecillo Jr., who
will do the honor of introducing our 3rd Moving Up Guest Speaker.
