DDT KONSTRACT, INC. (DDTKI) is a duly formed corporation which caters to all types of general building
construction. This was formed by a group of professionals with wide-ranging capability in building
construction and solidly backed-up by capable administrative and financial managers.

This group of tested professionals was thoroughly exposed to all construction standards, both local and
foreign, as evidenced by many completed projects owned and managed by foreigners and local
developers.

Our group has carefully developed sources of construction logistics especially manpower and material
supply. This was developed by a healthy business rapport with various materials and labor suppliers in all
previously managed projects.

Our Company is solidly funded with an authorized and paid-up capital of ONE BILLION (Php
1,000,000,000.00).

We have a reliable fleet of major Plant and Equipment such as:

Lifting Equipment - Potain Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes, and Alimak Construction Elevators.

Earthmoving Equipment - Potain Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes, and Alimak Construction Elevators.

Heavy Transport Equipment - Low and High bed trailers with tractor heads, self-loading trucks, ten and
six wheeler boom trucks, wing vans and an array of personnel transport vehicles.
