ABSTRACT

in some pulmonary tuberculosis measures on the families re explaining what is the, of
tuberculosis how to handle, and treatment in family members in accordance with these
problems.Advice for health services in the regions should be more intensive visited community
and many providing information health.

new million cases of tb in the world and 1,5
million people died of tb in 2014.The
prevalence of tb in indonesia and other
developing negara-negara high.Indonesia
occupy position three big countries by the
number of cases tuberculosis most after china
and india.
Cases in the central java based on the
report eradication program infectious
diseases in 2011 the prevalence of
tuberculosis per inhabitant of the province
100.000 central java of 74,52.Tuberculosis is
prevalence highest in pekalongan district
(205,5 100.000 per inhabitant of and the
lowest in magelang with 20,06 per 100.000
population) (Puspita, n.d.).
Pulmonary tuberculosis is infectious

people eat and the way the body of use it
(Haryono, 2012).
The role of family for someone who
had tuberculosis very need, the family was the
first support during the treatment.The family

METHOD
Methods used an author in a piece of
writing this is with the descriptive by taking
care of nursing academies in “The care of
nursing a family with the imbalance nutrition
needs less than the body needs in Mr.S with
Pulmonary Tuberculosis in hamlet cendini
village Tanjung in Bringin district Semarang”

determination of the diagnosis nursing,
intervention, the implementation of, and
evaluation. Deskritif method is the method is

RESULT ASSESSMENT
From the research done on

with the data subjective Mr.S said that he not
know of tuberculosis lungs as, sense cause,
signs and, symptoms complication a
preventive manner, and how to overcome
nutrition. intakeThe objective tn.s currently
weight 47 kg, height cm, 165 with the body
mass index 17,2.
DISCUSSION
Based on the management of cases in
Mr.S with pulmonary tuberculosis for 3 days,
there were several problems that emerged in
cases and will be discussed in this section.As
for discussion on assessment, diagnose, main
intervention, implementation and
evaluation.Studies on Mr.S found some
problems nursing include: the seimbangan
nutritional needs: less than the body needs

know what caused the, of tuberculosis signs
and, symptoms complication, how to prevent,
meet intake of nutrition and handling. wayThe
main complaint currently tn.s said it was often
coughing, suffocation, and no appetite.Weight

and water (Saryono dan Widiati, 2010).

health.
