3. Font: Calibri, Size: 11pt, Spacing: Single
4. Few points to keep in mind:
❖ Preparation of teaching note for the case study is mandatory.
❖ Title: The title has to be short and crisp. You don't have to explain the whole case in
your title. Consider these titles that you have seen in previous cases: 'Rajan-The
Driver', 'Bhagyalaxmi Seed Company'. These titles don't talk about everything in the
case, however, gives an understanding of the main subject of the case.
❖ Message to your organisation:
‘Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Greetings,

You would be happy to know that the VFS/SIS I did at your organisation helped me
garner an experience that has been acknowledged by Mahatma Gandhi National
Council of Rural Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government
of India. They have invited me to write a case study on XYZ theme which deals with
the challenges I observed during my association with your organisation. The case
would deal with the following:
1. Point number 1
2. Pointer number 2 and so on…

I would like to take this opportunity to write the case and publish the same to make it
a thread of better educational tool for higher education in this country. For the same, I
request you to kindly grant me the permission to take into account the name of
various places, organisations and entities along with primary data on XYZ topic
which I encountered during my field work. The deadline for case submission is 25th
September, 2019 and hence a prompt reply will be highly appreiciated. If required, I
can connect you to the required personnel who is handling the initiative at MGNCRE,
MHRD.

Regards,
ABC
