Time Allotment : 6 Periods (3x45 minutes)

Learning Strategy HOTS: Teacher gives situations to the students about


Meaningful Learning someone’s plan in the future
- Observing plans and intentions text by writing sentences
about students’ plans and intentions
- Composing plans and intentions text by using the situation
that given by the teacher.
- Practicing plans and intentions dialogue in front of the
class.

A. Core Competence Description:

KI 3 (Knowledge) : Understand, apply, analysing, and evaluate about basic, conceptual,


procedural, and metacognitive according to the field and scope of English studies at the
technical level, specific , detailed, and complex, regarding with science, technology, art,
culture, and humanities in the context of developing self-potency as part of family,
school, world of work, national, regional and international citizens

KI 4 (Skill) : Carry out specific tasks using tools, information, and work procedures that
are commonly carried out and solve problems in accordance with the field of English
studies, Conduct performance under guidance with measurable quality and quantity in
accordance with work competency standards. Demonstrate reasoning, processing, and
presenting skills effectively, creatively, productively, critically, independently,
collaboratively, communicatively, and solutions in the abstract realm related to the
development of what they have learned in school, as well as being able to carry out
specific tasks under direct supervision. Demonstrate the skills of perception, readiness,
imitation, and familiarization advanced movement, making natural motion in the concrete
realm related to the development of what he learned in the school, and being able to carry
out specific task under direct supervision.

B. Basic Competence
3.3 Analyzing social functions, generic structure, and language features of oral and and
written transactional interaction texts that involve the act of giving and asking
information related to carry out an action /activity, in accordance with the context of
its use. (Note the language features be going to, would like to)
4.3 Developing short and simple transactional interaction text and written text that
involves the act of giving and requesting information related to the intention of
carrying out an action/activity, talking into account social function, generic
structure, and correct language features and in the context of their use.

the intention to do an action / activity

various expressions regarding the intention to do something action/activity

D. Learning Objectives
Through learning activities using the Scientific Approach combined with the
Cooperative Language Learning method guides students to develop the ability to listen,
express opinions and thoughts (talk), write conversational texts, and present the results in
front of the class. During and after following this learning process students are expected
to be able to:
1. Observe written and oral texts (dialogue) about plans and intentions by reading
the dialogue fluently.
2. Match the statement of plans and intentions
3. Compose oral and written texts about plans and intentions correctly.
4. Practise the expression of plans and intentions fluently.

Sarah : That is a good idea. But, I have to do my assignment first. Have you done
your assignment?

Ali : No, I have not, I’d like to do them this evening.

Sarah : Well, can we do together?

Ali : Yes, of course.


Sarah : Okay, great. I will go to your house at 4 P.M then.

Ali : I will be waiting for.

3. Learning Remedial and Enrichment
A. Remedial
Remedial can be given to learners who have not reached the KKM or to
students who have been beyond the KKM. Remedial consists of two parts:
Remedial because it has not reached the KKM and because it has not reachedthe basic
competencies.
Teachers are passionate to learners who have not reached KKM (criteria
minimal submission). Teachers will provide assignments for learners who have not
To reach the KKM (criticality of minimal submission)for example as follows.
 Teachers ask learners to conduct library studies (to libraries or search in
newspapers, magazines, and internet browsing) to find articles thatrelating to
the material.

B. Enrichment
Enrichment is given to increase student insights on learning material that can
be given to students who have completed achieving KKM or achieve basic
competence. Enrichment can be billed or not billed, according to agreement with the
participant.
Planned based on GPA or learning materials in need broader development e.g.
 Teachers address questions to learners of what things they don't understand.
 Teachers provides a evaluation for knowledge assessment, with questions
