ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF SRF UNDER PROJECT-NRB/2019

1. The interested candidates are invited for Walk-in-Interview at JNTUK University College of
Engineering, Vizianagaram on 7th June 2019 at 10 AM for the following position under the project,
‘A novel ECAR technique to produce AA5083 aluminum alloy with high deformation
homogeneity and improved mechanical properties for naval applications”.

Research +HRA (i) Post-graduation in Metallurgical/ Materials/
Fellow Mechanical/Production Engineering
(Ist Division i.e. above 60%) wherever division or
(Place of equivalent grading is awarded with area of
posting: specialization in Materials science and technology/
Selection metal forming/ Manufacturing/ any other of
Centre relevance.
Central, (ii) Qualify in GATE

Desirable:
a) Research experience in the area relevant to the
project
b) Knowledge of Artificial neural networks

 The position is purely temporary. The post is valid only till the duration of the project that is
for three years from the date of its commencement. The contract of the selected candidate
may be terminated at any time during the project.
 Desirous candidates appearing for a Walk-in-Interview are required to report at Department
of Metallurgical Engineering, JNTUK University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram,
Andhra Pradesh - 535003 by 10 AM on 7th June 2019.

General conditions
a. The appointments will under NO circumstance confer the candidate for any regular
appointment in JNTUK.
b. Candidates will be required to produce all certificates/testimonials in original during the
interview. They must also bring two sets of attested photocopies of all testimonials, one
copy of CV and two recent passport size photographs.
c. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/Joining, irrespective of selection.
d. No accommodation would be provided by the University/College to the selected candidates.
e. Candidates must join within 07 Days from the date of appointment letter.
