One Way Vent - Torch on one way vent - Two piece torch on one way vent - designed for
60mm use with insulation panels

Description
The One Way Vent is a moisture relief device consisting of a
two-piece polyethylene vent that allows moisture vapour to
escape out of the roof deck system without allowing moisture
to enter through the vent.

Uses
One Way Vents are most commonly used in re-roofing

Pressure Seal Flashing

Description
Aluminium strips for sealing and flashing the edge of sheet
membranes.

Uses
Parchem Pressure Seal Flashing is used to seal and flash
the edge of Index torch applied bituminous membrane range
of products and Emer-Proof HDPE and HD
self-adhesive sheet membranes.
The flashing strip is mechanically fixed, (with 150mm spacing
between fixings), with the top edge sealed with a high
performance, flexible sealant such as Emer-Seal MS or Supply
bituminous mastic, such as Nitoseal MB175 (formally Measurements: 3 metre lengths

Description
Concrete terraces cast directly onto waterproofing blanket
