Guarantee and POF Facilities


 Client submits required verbiage together with proof of available fees
 We arrange draft and quote from the issuing bank for approval together with final
quote for required arrangement fees
 Once the draft has been approved, client pays charges to the designated account at
the issuing bank.
 Wthin 3 banking days of receipt of funds, issuing bank will emit the instrument and
shares a SWIFT copy.

Commodity Trade Facilities


Procedure to get a Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) issued
 Buyer submits pro-forma invoice together with proof of available fees
 We arrange LC draft from the issuing bank for the buyer to review and approve
together with final quote for arrangement fees
 Once the draft has been approved, Buyer pays LC charges
 Wthin 3 banking days of receipt of funds, issuing bank will emit LC in favour of the
supplier and share LC copy for tracing.
 Once shipment happens and shipping documents arrives at LC issuing bank counters,
buyer pays for the shipment.
 Once buyer pays for the shipment, shipping documents will be released to the buyer
to claim the shipment.
