TUBERCOLOSIS AWARENESS AND HIV CAMPAIGN

Goal: Its goal is to let the people especially from the low laying areas of Cagayan that are hard to reach
internet connection be aware of the crucial issues in not just the Philippines but around the world. It is a
way to educate them to avoid these sickness and also be safe and healthy.

Description: The program will be about Raising Awareness about Tuberculosis and making a Human
Immunodeficiency Virus Campaign. In partnership with the Department of Health, the students will tackle
the risk we can get from having Tuberculosis and HIV and the ways to avoid it and its cure.

Content of the Seminar:

Audience: People from the down streams with hard to reach internet connection.

ENVIRONMENT

Program: "1 kilo of plastics = 1 kilo of rice Program"

Goal: To preserve and protect the cleanliness of the environment.

Description: The "1 kilo of plastics = 1 kilo of rice Program” is about taking care of the environment. not
only help the environment it can also help the families that doesn’t have money to buy for something to
eat. All they have to do is collect plastics especially those that were littered in sight. They do not have to
spend a single cent just to have some rice to cook. Above all, this will more likely benefit the environment.
There will be less litters of plastics that could be seen in our surrounding and less land pollution. These
plastics won’t be collected to be burnt causing so much air pollution. The plastics will be recycled.

Flow of program: Once in a week, in a specified place. The proponents will collect the collected plastics in
exchange for 1 kilo of rice.

People involved: The proponents of the program will be the Louisians. They will have themselves
contribution or solicit from the government officials for the fund of the program. In collaboration with
Department of Environment Natural and Resources.

Audience: Everyone can participate in the said program but citizens that are less likely to afford buying
some rice will be more prioritized.
ACHIEVE UNIVERSAL PRIMARY EDUCATION.

Program: “Free Vocation courses in exchange for return service for the government”

Goal: Helping and Giving proper education for less fortunate citizens who can’t afford but wants to study.

Description: Less fortunate youths that want to continue studying will have free education that will be
given by the government and in return they will work for the government for at least half a year.

Flow of program: In partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Less
fortunate citizens will be given a chance to study. After they have finish their studies, they will be sent to
do government programs to help for the development of a certain community. Like for example, tutoring
what they have learned to Citizens. The government will have them as supports in doing program also for
the development of the community. In collaboration with the People involved in collecting Plastics to be
recycled. They will be tutoring how to make recycled materials.

People Involved: TESDA, Students, citizens.

REDUCE POVERTY AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION

Program: “Recycle mo, Benta mo Program”

Goal: To help poor people that do not have job to lift up from their current status in life.

Description: From the "1 kilo of plastics = 1 kilo of rice Program” the poor people will be tutored on
making recycled materials. The collected plastics will be given to them to make it to become a
masterpiece them.

Flow of program: The people who were given free education will be the one tutoring poor people on
how to make a beautiful recycled material and their product will be sold in a market. They can just make
these just in their homes. With this they will be able to earn money and also be helping the environment
as well. They will also be taught on how to effectively make a business grow, so that they could maintain
coming of profit.

People involved: Poor people who doesn’t have work, Students from the free education program.
