OBJECTION TO PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN OF PERSON,
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN OF PROPERTY, FINAL
ACCOUNTING, AND FINAL REPORT OF GUARD!
COMES NOW, DAVID A YERGEY IIL, as Successor Guardian of the Property of
STEVEN H. STRYKER (“Guardian”) and hereby files this Objection to Petition for Discharge of
Guardian of Person, Petition for Discharge of Guardian of Property, Final Accounting, and Final
Report of Guardian, (“Objection”) pursuant to Fl. P. Rule 5.401 and in support thereof states as
follows:
1) On August 12, 2019 Rebecca Fierle (“Fierle”) filed her Petition for Discharge of
Guardian of Person, Petition for Discharge of Guardian of Property, Final Accounting
(“Account”), and Final Report of Guardian (“Report”) (collectively known as “Discharge
Pleadings”).
2) Upon review of the Discharge Pleadings, the Guardian noted several issues and
‘concems that are outlined in this Objection.

3) In Paragraph 3 of the Petition for Discharge of Guardian of the Person, Fierle states
under penalties of perjury that she “has faithfully discharged all duties of the guardian of the person
and will deliver to the Emergency Temporary Guardian, Camala Bouey Evans. copies of all
secords of medical or personal care.”
4) As this coust is well aware, the Ward is believed to have died on May 13, 2019 as,
‘a result of Fierle executing a Do Not Resuscitate Order (“Order”). Pursuant Fl. St. 744.521 and
