AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, RICA GARCIA ESPIRITU, of legal age, single, Filipino and resident of No. 12
Calavite Street, La Loma, Quezon City after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the complainant against Jann Marvie Espinosa Gazo for Physical
Injuries in relation to Republic Act 7262 or Violence Against Women and Their
Children Act now pending raffle with the Court of competent jurisdiction in
Quezon City;

2. That after self-examination and evaluation of the facts and incidents surrounding
the case which led to its filing I have realized that all were due to
misunderstanding between us as live-in partners and still love him I decided to
forgive said respondent;

3. That I am no longer interested in pursuing further the case and withdraw the
against my live-in partner Jann Marvie Espinosa Gazo and hereby desist from
the case;

4. That am fully aware of the consequences in the execution of this desistance and
requests the authorities concerned to dismiss the case against the above-named
respondent;
