Enhance Knowledge and skills in both content and pedagogy in their non-major science subjects/domains. 2. Capacitate teachers on learning approaches that develop students’ science process skills vis-à-vis 21st Century skills embodied in the learning competencies: and 3. Provide insights for teachers to continuously reflect on the current practices in effectively teaching science in the Junior High School JHS level.

RESULT/OUTPUT 1. Participants from grade 7 and 8 teachers on their non-major were
enhanced knowledge and skills in both content and pedagogy in their non-major subjects/domains. 2. Participants on their non-major were capacitated on learning approaches that develop students’ science process skills vis-à-vis 21st century and embodied in the learning competencies. 3. Teachers on their non-major subjects were provided insights to continuously reflect on the current practices in effectively teaching science in JHS level
Monitoring Different strategies and pedagogy learned by everyone from the
School Learning Action Cell on cross-specialization on their non- and major subject. Evaluation Continues tutoring of all participants in the school level are highly expected.
