2. Pupils get into groups of five
3. Pupils will take turn to respond to the word card that they have

1- Regular exercise is good for the body and is also one of the most effective ways to improve your physical and
mental health. Regular exercise reduces depression, relieves stress, improves memory, helps to sleep better
and boosts energy.
2- Teacher distributes a circle map. Teacher ask pupils to write the different forms of exercises they know.
Pupils share their views with their shoulder partners.
3- Pupils study Alice’s and Nazira’s routines in Handout 1. Pupils answer the questions given in worksheet 1. Reflection:
