3. From second exercise (Blindfold and Guide): Trainer should be responsible and plan in advance for
delivery and remove hurdles (clear instructions)

4. From third session: I understand the relationship and importance of job description and job
specification.

5. From fourth session: I could understand and had idea of program structure, program objective,
program outcome, course objective, course outcome, unit objective and unit outcome.
