On the 29th and 30th day of August 2019, I was assigned as a facilitator in the

Marketing Officers Leadership Training (MOLT) at the BatStateU Rosario, Namunga,

Rosario Batangas. It was a great experience to be part of that event, because we had a
chance to collaborate with Marketing Students, and I experienced to be a photographer
even just for 2 days and a night. As I performed my duties, I had gathered so much
knowledge with all of them specifically on the seminars which was shared by the guest
speakers. Leadership is not just about having an authority to your member or
subordinates, but also trusting them so that they can trust you. There’s a saying that “A
leader must be a good follower”, you must build a good relationship with them, so that
everyone of you will achieve your goal. Leadership doesn’t pertain only with being a
leader alone, you must know your responsibility, purpose and reason why you’re doing
sort of things. But make sure you’ll benefit with that, and not making any harm to those
people around you.

The event was full of energy given by the participants who had joined, and I saw in
them that they enjoyed a lot performing all the activity presented by my co-facilitator,
and especially by the guide of Sir MB. Besides of having a 3points for the Event
Management, I considered this as a memorable experience with all of them.
