closely related in the professional field of decision making in a company, taking into
account that we have to be clear about current issues such as economy, politics, social,
product market etc. in order to have a strategic planning, relating it to the activity of the
virtual financial simulator, which allows us to look for alternatives, strategies that allow us
to observe and fulfill the proposed goal.

Estimados estudiantes, la presente lectura tiene como objetivo contextualizar de manera oportuna
y definitiva la visión específica de nuestro juego de gestión, donde el desarrollo de sus contenidos
nos permite desarrollar las habilidades necesarias (lectura, interpretación, habilidades
argumentativas, propositivas), entre otros, para una toma de decisiones completa y precisa.

En ese orden de ideas, el juego de gestión, que es equivalente a tomar decisiones, es un proceso en
el que cada gerente y cada profesional deben ejercer para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos de
la empresa, es decir, cuando nos asignan el desarrollo o la ejecución. una tarea, para eso merece
una planificación, o planificación de los procesos, donde desde el principio identificamos su objetivo,
y la respuesta o resultado de lo que se propone.

Es decir, cuando la junta directiva o gerencia de la compañía establece un aumento en las ganancias
de la Compañía, debe considerarse la planificación estratégica, táctica y operativa, involucrando a
todos los funcionarios de las diferentes áreas y departamentos, ya que el objetivo es aumentar las
ganancias. y, por lo tanto, el resultado es el aumento de capital para el inversor, entonces es una
decisión que afecta a todas las áreas y funcionarios de la empresa.

1. contextualizar de manera oportuna y definitiva la visión específica del juego de gestión, donde el
desarrollo de sus contenidos nos permite desarrollar las habilidades necesarias que están
estrechamente relacionadas en el campo profesional de la toma de decisiones en una empresa,
teniendo en cuenta que tenemos ser claros sobre temas actuales como economía, política, social,
mercado de productos, etc. para tener una planificación estratégica, relacionándola con la actividad
del simulador financiero virtual, que nos permite buscar alternativas, estrategias que nos permitan
observar y cumplir el objetivo propuesto.

2. La gestión importa a nivel profesional, en cuanto a la gestión, una decisión no solo afecta a un
departamento sino también a toda la empresa teniendo en cuenta personalmente
