Dear Loraine,

Good day. I am writing in reference to our Barangay Agreement and payment not being
received.

I am furnishing you this Demand Letter for the restitution and compensation for the
money lost as well as damages in the total amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 300,000.00).

Please settle the said amount within FIVE (5) DAYS or we will be forced to take this matter
to court and we will definitely exhaust each and every available legal remedy in order to
enforce our rights as the aggrieved party.
