strategies in order to conquer success of the history. The principles would taught us to

phase with strategic decisions in order to advance us without incurring too much cost on

varying resources. Today, the world has been pacing with Sun Tzu’s principles Art of War

may it in sports, politics and even businesses. Sun Tzu’s (3) three virtues from the excerpt

of the principles would augment best results even organization or company sacrifice such

resources. Deception, strength, and wisdom are among of the virtues boost the

importance of strategy from the Art of War.

The principles of strategies on art of war would only be applied depending on the

case, situation, and experiences of the organization. It would require what particular

principles of the art of war to the organization’s strengths and weaknesses and to take

defense on the external factors. In business, the art of war of Sun Tzu can be applied but

not all of his principles to a single entity or organization. It depends only of what business

kind of principles. The idea of Art of War could minimize the cost on maintaining

competitive advantage among competitors. It would also help to boost the manpower-the

kind of forces that we need. Strong and strict policies would somehow help people

discipline. Discipline in the sense that they are in the business to do the right thing and to

equally the right benefit.

The benefit of Art of War are of strategic importance that the company is using.

However, to some principles could be a ‘No Heart’. In business, the literal art of war is

how to advance the imperialism with other imperialism. In business, it is different it would

remain humane and the totality of people’s welfare. If Art of War perceived as different

and literal it would avert the companies from its right track. Strategically, art of war would

help both stockholders and stakeholders in the long run specifically in its external factors

in order to determine what factors and formulate strategies to advance. If the company

would like to expand, like the location whether if the location is strategically approved by

purpose concurring minimization of costs. And, if there is a need to recruit new workforce

to help us advance without incurring high cost. Thus, these actions made upon without

sacrificing its quality and purpose of formulating such strategies.

Art of war is a matter of life and death. It is considered as the key principles where

it involves everyone’s discipline. To advance is to strategically determine the internal

factors strengths and weaknesses. Knowing company’s into and consideration of how

competitors work and practicing their business. This is the way to a panoramic

advancement wherein 360 degrees scanning your internal and external factors in order

to survive. Thus, this imply that Sun Tzu’s some of his principles would not be applicable

at all, as it may be misinterpreted and could danger company without benefiting them in
return. Some of the principles are strategically applicable whenever dilemma comes to

the company.
