activities, out of the Campus to different places (within India and abroad) with a view to give practical overview / exposure to the
students about their respective fields.Further, Ansal University also arranges various Inter University Sports Competitions to
different places for thestudents. I have taken the necessary permission/concurrence for my going on above said activities /
toursprogrammes, from my parents and they have set their hands on this document, ratifying the same.

I hereby irrevocably undertake that:

1. I shall follow the rules and regulations as laid by Ansal University for the above saidactivities / tours, which have been clearly
readand understood by me.
2. I shall not break any of those rules & regulations and also the laws of the Country.
3. I shall not indulge in any activities other than my duties & obligations.
4. I shall not indulge in any unlawful activities.
5. I shall not do anything which may cause any injury or damage to me or to any other person. In that case Ishall make good the
losses caused by me.
6. I shall keep my visa papers/other traveling documents with full security.
7. I shall observe strict discipline and follow the instructions of the Teachers/ Professors/Attendants and otherauthorities during my
stay.
8. I shall not do anything while undergoing studies during the tour & otherwise also, which may bring disreputeto Ansal University.
9. Ansal University will not be having any liability whatsoever, to bear, in case any mishap / mishappening occursto me or caused
by me to someone else.

My undertaking will be valid for my entire tenure at Ansal University.

I will not indulge or involve myself in any behavior or act that may come under the definition
of ragging,

I will not participate in or abet or propagate ragging in any form,

I will not hurt anyone physically or psychologically or cause any other harm.

4. I have fully understood that if found indulging or guilty of any aspect of ragging within or outside
the University Campus, I may be punished as per the provisions of the Ansal University
Regulations / Directive mentioned above and / or as per the law in force and for which I will be
solely responsible and shall not claim any compensation whatsoever from the University or its
office bearers.

4. I have fully understood that in case my son / daughter / will be found indulging or involved in
Ragging within or outside the premises of the University, he / she shall be appropriately punished
for which he / she shall be solely responsible. I or my son / daughter shall not hold liable the
University or any of its officials for any loss (s), damage (s) and shall not claim any compensation
from the University or its office bearers.
