Colleague 1 (yourself - group member 1):
I do feel that I took the lead with a lot of the work and put a consistent effort into it including
over the Christmas break and developed a lot of the ideas for the design. My attitude was always
to get things done promptly which gives time to go back to the work at a later date and revise it
i.e. make any required changes after thinking about it for a while. I would say my level of effort
was consistent and none of the work was rushed so is of a decent quality. I would say my level of
cooperation was initially high but in the end had to just get on with many tasks without asking as
the communication wasn’t there just to ensure that things were getting done, although the
communication did pick up again eventually.

Colleague 2 (group member 2): Edvin Kartanovic

There were issues with communication for quite a while although this was turned around and he
did deliver what he was supposed to be doing. His sections of the videos did look to be well
balanced answers and to a good standard. Definitely did work to responsibilities overall.

Colleague 3 (group member 3): Jack Phillpot

Jack was quite proactive overall and did take charge of editing for task 1 video, and he did ramp
up his efforts after a slower start. His attitude was quite forward thinking and he did seem very
keen to get things done which was good.

Overall, how do you feel your team worked together to achieve the tasks as presented within your
group assignment?
The communication could have been more improved and the level of effort although they both
did ramp it up in the final week and get done what they were supposed to be doing. I did feel that
there could have been a bit more collaboration on the design aspects which had to get on with. I
do worry that if I hadn’t done this would we would have struggled to meet the deadline.

Highlight any positive and/or negative outcomes (use colour coding) that have impacted on your
ability to function as a team in relation to the completion of this assignment?
Both members did ensure that they completed their required tasks to the deadline
Not enough support with the actual design aspects
The division of video editing was shared equally
Bit of a conflict in expectations of when work should be done by
Good quality videos overall with balanced answers so everything did come together in the end

Relating to YOU as an individual, are there any aspects of YOUR work that you feel:
i) went well?
Particularly the database design and screen mock-up section which was the most enjoyable part
overall e.g. the data flow diagrams. Time management and getting things done proactively.
