EX-PARTE MANIFESTATION/COMPLIANCE

PETITIONER, through counsel, most respectfully states that:

1. Last July 26, 2018, the undersigned was directed to make a

written manifestation of the fact that:

(i) Respondent ANTIGONO M. JUBAN JR. was properly

notified of the Order dated June 22, 2018 directing him
to provide financial support to petitioner spouse and their
legitimate son.

(ii) His local agent STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL

MANPOWER SERVICES INC. informed the petitioner that
it is already coordinating with the principal employer of
respondent, ISAM KABBANI AND PARTNERS in Saudi
Arabia and in fact it was able to communicate with the
respondent.

(iii) The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration

(POEA) was also given a copy of the said order and will
also coordinate with the said principal employer;

2. The respondent on his part responded 1 to his local agent

saying that he is giving an amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS PER
MONTH to petitioner and even arrogantly asking what else do they
(referring to petitioner and their child) want. However there is no proof
to that and petitioner is denying to have received the said amount
from respondent.

3. The truth is, since March of 2018 and up to date, respondent

forgot his responsibilities as a husband to petitioner and as a father to
their child, he is not anymore communicating with them, much more
give the financial support that they are asking from this Honorable
Court;

 4. Moreover, the undersigned counsel most respectfully makes
record of her change of address and requests that, henceforth, the
undersigned be furnished with copies of all the orders, resolutions,
notices and other pleadings at:

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most respectfully

prayed for this Honorable Court to take notice of this Ex-Parte
Manifestation in granting the Permanent Protection Order
prayed for by the Petitioner.
