The application is accepted for the land show as below and the same are sanctioned to you under
the following conditions.

The sanctioned lands have to be enjoyed as hereditary but should not misuse

2. The sanctioned lands have to be cultivated within three years from the date of sanction.

3. The cultivation should be done under the direct supervision of Pattadar or his family members
or by the coolies under their supervision.

4. Kist will not be imposed for the three years except the land cultivating previously. If the land are
cultivating by the government water the water cess will be imposed.

5. when the land is cultivating ponds, tanks within 200 yards should not be used for irrigation.

The tanks, ponds dug at a distance of more than 200 yards have fill up within three years. If any
conditions are not fulfilled without paying any compensation to the pattadar the sanction will be
cancelled.

6. any rights through this sanction will not be there for the roads, rivers, canals going through this
land or beside the land. The government rights for the mines, beside this land will not be disturbed.

7. Rules mentioned in the madras mining manual 1946 in respect of this mines, the government is
having no powers to go the mines and return for smooth running of the mines.

8. obeying to the 4th condition taxes as per the act and local taxes will be imposed.

9. After cultivating this land the entire trunk and part used for agricultural purposes instead of
ordinary cess, ground rent will be imposed.

10. if the Kist is not decided for some time, the total cess for tear on this land will be charged as
decided.

11. In the sanctioned lands all sandalwood trees and branches the government is having rights to
cut as they like, to cut the branches, to sell. Without the permission of the district collector, the
pattadar has no right to cut the tree.

12. The pattadar has to take all precautions to convince the collector, in protecting the sandalwood
trees.

13. The pattadar has to take care of the marks painted by the government on sandalwood trees.

14. In the above 11 to 13 any condition or all conditions are violated the pattadar has to pay the
loss decided by the district collector to the government. With this regard the decision of the
government will be final and the government is having rights to cancel the patta and seize the land.
The government will have full rights on the land acquired. The pattadar have no right to claim
compensation.

15. If any above mentioned condition is violated the government has right to resume the land
without payment of any compensation.

Note: the clauses 11 to 14 would not be imposed while granting assignment in the districts
mentioned below.

16. If the government orders of re-enquiry or cancelled , no compensation will be paid for the land
acquired.

17. If the land is required for construction of projects or any public purpose, the Government can
take back the land without paying compensation. The decision of the government will be final with
regard to whether the land is acquiring for the public purpose or not.

18. If the land was assigned on payment market value, the same will be paid for the land acquired.

19. before taking the possession if anything spent for the development of the land assigned, the
government will not pay any compensation.

20. the sanction of the land is done against the rules and if its against the rules revenue board
orders 15 or G.O.1142 and the conditions in revenue 14-8-54 the sanction will be cancelled.

Patta sanctioned as per the rules governing growing of medicinal pants and tree. Patta sanctioned
on condition that roads and canals/rivers are not disturbed.
