Day 1: Arrive into London / Gatwick
Arrive London - London, the enigmatic capital of the United Kingdom, is a global city renowned for its museums,
historical edifices, festivals and entertainment. Located on the banks of River Thames, Greater London consists of 32
boroughs and the City of London. Meet and greet by the tour Manager at Airport and Drive to restaurant for Dinner.
After dinner Transfer to hotel for check in. Stay overnight at hotel in London.

Day 2: London - City Tour of London
Rise to a beautiful morning at London. Take a fill at morning breakfast at hotel and we proceed on guided panoramic city
tour of London. See famous Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey,
Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the symbolic Tower Bridge and Hyde Park. Palace with
changing of the guards (on days when this takes place) which is the Queen's official resident. Enjoy your time in this

Day 3: Day Free in London
A holiday delights you the most because it brings you absolute freedom. Welcome the rising sun, laze in your bed, enjoy
a morning bed tea and plan the action of your day. Take a fill at morning breakfast at hotel and Set out by own for self-
exploration of the beautiful city. You can go visit Leicester Square- the heart of London where you’ll have plenty to see
and do like cinemas, restaurants, clubs and more components that add to the zing and vibrance of London. Dinner under

Day 4: London – Paris (Onto Paris via Eurotunnel / Ferry (7+ Hrs)
After a continental breakfast, we check out and say good bye to London and proceed to Folkston or Dover to cross
English channel by Ferry or Eurotunnel to Calais . On reaching Calais, we drive to Paris - France's capital, is a major
European city and a global center for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Its 19th-century cityscape is crisscrossed by
wide boulevards and the River Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eiffel Tower and the 12th-century, Gothic Notre-
Dame cathedral, the city is known for its cafe culture and designer boutiques. Proceed to Indian restaurant for Dinner.
After Dinner you will be transferred to your hotel for Check in. Overnight stay at hotel. (Dinner).

Day 5: Paris City Tour + Seine River Cruise + Eiffel Tower II Level + Optional Lido Show
After breakfast, we proceed to visit Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris, where a bird’s eye view from the 2nd level will
leave you breathless with Seine River Cruise.Later we start our Paris City tour. you will see Paris in all her charm,
glamour and glory. See Arc de Triomphe. Also see the Champs Elysees, arguably the most well-known avenue in the
world, the magnificent Opera, the striking Town Hall and the National Assembly, Louvre (from Out Side) the famous

After Dinner transfer back to hotel or one can choose to take optional Lido Show at extra cost - you have a chance to

Day 6: Paris – Netherland (Approximate time 6 Hours)
After a continental breakfast, we check out and drive to Amsterdam. Enjoy Amsterdam Orientation tour See the Royal
Palace and the Netherlands National Monument, After City Tour take a Short ride on Canal Cruise along the famous
Amsterdam canals. See all these great Amsterdam sites again from the water Canal Cruise. Overnight in Netherland.

Day 7: Netherland - Germany (Approximate time 6+ Hours)
After Breakfast, Later , we drive to Germany. See Cologne Cathedral. This 515 feet tall gothic Cathedral took six centuries
to build and is Germany’s most visited monument. Overnight stay at the hotel in Germany.( Frankfurt / Heidelberg

Day 8: Germany - Switzerland (Approximate time 5 + Hours) - Visit Drubba in the Black Forest and Majestic Rhine Falls
at Schaffhausen
After a continental breakfast, we check out of our hotel and drive to the Black forest of Germany, where at Drubba you
can see a demonstration of how Cuckoo clocks are made. Buy one of the original Cuckoo clocks as a souvenir. We then
proceed to see the mighty Rhine Falls, Europe’s most powerful waterfalls. Admire the thundering beauty of the falls.
Later, we drive to Switzerland most beautiful city of Europe. Overnight at hotel in Switzerland. (Breakfast and Dinner).

Day 9: Day Free or Optional Excursion: Mount Titlis with Ice- Flyer Ride and Visit Lucerne
After a continental breakfast, enjoy your day free and easy
OR We suggest a full day excursion to Mt. Titlis with Ice Flyer and Lucerne City at extra cost. We begin the tour with a
visit to Mt. Titlis, which at 10,000 ft is the highest peak in central Switzerland. You journey to Mt. Titlis through a series
of three different cable cars. The last leg of the ascent will be in the world’s first rotating cable car called the ‘Titlis
Rotair’. At Mt. Titlis you have free time to play and enjoy in the snow, visit the Ice Cave or just relax at the restaurant.
In the Afternoon move towards another beautiful city Lucerne and enjoy your orientation tour which comprises of
famous Lion monuments, Kappelbruck Bridge,. This is the ideal place to purchase branded Swiss watches, Swiss

to Grund / Lauterbrunnen, from where we board a train to Jungfraujoch, the highest altitude railway station in Europe at
11,333 ft., takes us along mountain passes. Marvel at the changes in the Alpine scenery as your charming cog-wheel
train takes you on a unique journey. Experience the magic of the mountains at the Sphinx Terrace. See the breathtaking
Jungfrau Peak and the awesome Aletsch Glacier. Also, visit the Ice Palace, where you see a beautiful display of sculptures
made of ice, while being encased in ice yourself. Have a memorable encounter with eternal snow and ice at the Plateau.

has a taste of history, a unique tale or a tradition that. On arrival after proceed to restaurant for Dinner. After Dinner

Day 12: Venice / Padova - Florence / Pisa - Orientation Tour of Pisa (Approximate Time 4 Hours)
Wake up to the excitement to go to Pisa! Have a good fill of breakfast, check out and proceed for Venice city tour - We
visit St. Marks Square, the very heart of Venice, Doge’s Palace, the prisons of Venice, the famous Bridge of Sighs,

On arrival, we would head off to a guided city tour of Rome. We would see Piazza Venezia- the central hub of Rome,

Rome as you view the ancient Roman & Imperial Forums and the gigantic Colosseum, the most impressive building of

We also go for tour of Vatican City, the world’s smallest city and one of the most sacred places in Christendom. It carries
a great history and spiritual venture. The city has a unique and fascinating collection of artistic and architectural

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deportation despite of granting of visa and/or boarding pass, Visa with-holding, refusal or delay in the same -the
consequences arising therefrom shall not be of D. Pauls and shall be of the travelling person.

Minimum 15 working days is required for processing of Schengen Visa from the date of Submission

Need Visa Document within 03 Days after Booking in such a way that visa is processed at our end 45 clear days prior to
date of travel.

In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain
unchanged.

It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is
valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration
clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property
for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to
travel as per the tour itinerary.

The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the
departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the
tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.

If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including
foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.

It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let
the Company know immediately in the event of any error.

This tour is at budget provided for. You can go for higher value tour components at much higher rates. You can explore

The purpose of itinerary is to cover the events mentioned therein. City tours are drive through the city with few photo
stops.
Hotels are at the outskirts or near surrounding towns connected away from the main city through limited transfers.
There could be long drive between the hotel and main city. There are no choice for hotel as we have to arrange hotel
taking into consideration itinerary in the given budget. Hotels do not have airconditoned rooms due to prevailing
climatic conditions. In some places if air cooled rooms are available it will be for a limited span in whole calendar year
and subject to limitation imposed by local regulations..
Itinerary may be change by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own programme at all as
itinerary is subject to change.
If you are senior citizen or/and differently abled person or person with special need then you must not venture at all as
tours are without any attendant to provide any kind of support or assistance during the tour. There will be no medical
assistance and in event of any requirement one has to depend upon local facility at his/her own expenses. We therefore
advise you to carry sufficient contingency funds.It is a must to have Travel Insurance with required medical insurance
cover.

Most Hotels worldwide & Cruise vendors , ask for Security Deposit while checking in by the client. This is refundable at
their after adjusting any dues to them that are not included in the package cost. They charge in relevant foreign
exchange currency or credit card, as the case may be.Please note this is not part of the package cost. For exact amount
etc. please visit the relevant hotel site or make specific enquiry to the sales person.

delivered us at least 07-10 working days prior to the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy:
Booking Amount Non- Refundable– 25,000/-Rs Per Person. Cancellation request to be given in writing mail only.
Cancellation charges apply if getting cancelled due to reason whatsoever including medical or pregnancy or any
unfortunate happening/ incidence with self, co-traveler,in family , relations etc.

In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas,
medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges
mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.

In case of Third Party Products ( EU Rail , Cruise ETC. ), the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule
prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have

IF YOU APPLY FOR VISAS THROUGH THE COMPANY

1.Minimum 15 working days is required for processing of Schengen Visa from the date of Submission

Need Visa Document within 03 Days after Booking in such a way that visa is processed at our end 45 clear days prior to
date of travel.

If Visa gets rejected for any Reason Cancellation charges will be charged in case of group as :-
Rejection before 70 days of travel INR 12000 per person .
Rejected 69-31 days before travel - Minimum INR 25,000 Per Person .
 Rejection 30-15 days prior to date of travel - Rs.70,000/- per person
8-14 days prior to date of travel -75% of package cost
Within 7 days of travel date -100% of package cost

1 It is convenient and safe to have the Visa applications made to the concerned Consulates / Authorities through the
Company. However, for certain visas including the visas for USA and UK, the Client would have to attend personal
interview at their own cost.

2 As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign
governments, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any
delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.

3 You should ensure that you submit the relevant documents and photographs within the time Limit as mentioned in the
Documentation Check List given to you at the time of booking of the tour. Any additional information, details and
documents, you possess to support the visa applications should be made available to the Company. The Company would
not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration,
type of visa (single / multiple entry) occurs in the consulate / embassy. You shall be fully responsible to check the visas,
their validity, details and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by you or the Company on
your behalf is rejected by the concerned Embassy or Authorities due to inadequate supply of documents furnished by
the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever, the Company shall not be liable or responsible for the same.

4 The cost and processing visas charges/ fees is included in your Tour Price unless provided otherwise. The visa fee
when prescribed includes the actual visa charge, cost of processing fees, the clerkage charges of the Company and
overheads. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the Company shall be payable by you. There would be no
refund, if any one unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by you shall
be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same and the cancellation schedule shall be applied in
addition as applicable.

5 If the passports are required to be mailed for visas / POE to different cities, company would mail the passports by
reputed courier. In case of loss or delay of the passport arising out of such transmission, company would not be
responsible to compensate the holder for any loss whatsoever.

6 The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by you due to non-availability of travel documents would not change
only by virtue of your having applied for such documents through the Company.
As visa being applied by you, it is your responsibility to check & re-check all the documents, application being submitted
by you in person. On getting fate of visa by collecting yourself, please check meticuously the contents of the same. You
must send copy thereof immediately to us through whataspp, mail , physcially handing copy thereof to us or through
any such means.

INSURANCE

1 It is mandatory that you purchase an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life, Document
and property whilst on tour for the duration of the trip.

2 In case if the cost of the insurance is included in the tour or you want us to obtain the insurance policy for the above
purpose, such policies would be for cover for the duration of the trip and relate to persons below the age of 59 years. In
case of clients above the said age and in case of clients seeking extended stay abroad, there would be additional
premium payable by them. Further it would be Client responsibility to produce such medical reports as might be
required by the insurer. Further please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the
Company is only a facilitator.
3 You have to check the accuracy and correctness of the policies so obtained and in case of any errors or lapses report
the same to the Insurance Company and get the same rectified as the company would not be responsible for the same.

4 It shall be client duty to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to
enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is
prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical
fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company is not be liable to
provide any assistance or money back.

TOUR COST COMPONENT

1 It is mandatory that the Client should avail the foreign exchange component of the tour cost from the Company under
his Liberlized Remittance Scheme ( earlier Basic Travel Quota )entitlement. You have to pay the total tour cost
component in Indian Rupees by way of a demand draft in favour of the Company The Client would submit his request on
a pre-printed LRS/Basic Travel Quota Form, which has to be completed and signed by him. The Company would forward
the said form to the Authorized Dealer / Full Fledged Money Changer to release the amount of required foreign
exchange to the Company for the cost of the tour as a part of the LRS/Basic Travel Quota of the Client.

2 Under the present guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, all residents holding Indian passports are entitled to avail an
amount not exceeding USD 2,50,000 or its equivalent per person in one calendar year for one or more private / leisure
visits under the Basic Travel Quota.

Undertaking for package tour to Europe booked through M/s D.Pauls Travel and Tours Ltd.
In furtherance to the Package Tour - Service Contract, Booking Form and Remittence Form signed by me, I hereby
undertake as under:
That I will not dispute at any point of time if my VISA so applied is rejected on any grounds whatsoever, because I
understand that granting of the VISA is the prerogative and discretion of the Embassy concern.
That VISA is granted upon prior verification of my profile and not upon the profile of D. Pauls. Therefore I will cooperate
with concerned Embassy officials to meet all formalities required for the same.

That I understand, I bought a budget package, traveling in a group, touring on a bus. There are probabilities that
technical faults may occur like, flat tyers, faulty air condition or major/minor breakdown, or any other unpredicted
reasons for breakdown. Replacement of a bus many cause certain delays.
I know that in case I have not opted for certain tour attraction then I will not be entitled for any transfers and I will
spend time on my own. This means I will be free from the group to spend time on my own. I will arrange transfer
services on my own costs to reach next point of joining the tour group, for instance like visiting dinner venue. I also
know that there will be no reimbursement of cost for transfers arranged by me.
I am also aware that my package being budget, therefore all travel is by bus/coach and not by train.
That I will not dispute if Hotel services is subject to certain known complications like down-gradation,Changing of Hotel ,
lack of water and interrupted electricity services. Further I will not dispute to the cold food like bread, jam and juice etc.
if given for breakfast or in emergency. I am aware that breakfast in those countries are mostly cold and not like in India. I
am aware that airconditioned room shall not be there, nor WIFI facility, nor water bottle. I also understand to take up
matters pertaining to room allocation,maintenance, upkeep, service with the hotel management directly.
That I will not dispute for production of any documents required for the verification purpose in connection with the
tour.
That I will not indulged in any kind of arguments with the Tour Leader and follow his instruction for my safety and well
being. Further I will strictly follow the time schedules provided by the Tour Leader and will reach 5 minutes before the
stipulated time at all venues as informed. Also I understand that Tour Leader has no power to provide with extra
facilities or services.
That even if I purchase or shop anything upon advice of Tour Leader, he cannot be held liable for any deficiency as the
transaction is between me and the shop keeper. Further, on getting late in shopping, I will bear the cost and
consequences of reaching back to hotels or relevant place of meeting.
That I am going to this tour upon full satisfaction of my physical and mental fitness. Any medical consequence arising
during the tour, the company will not be held responsible. I will be responsible for any breathing problem at high
altitude visits.
If any change is required in timing of services mentioned in the service voucher same can be altered at the discretion of
tour leader, depending upon the circumstances. The motive is to fulfill all the obligations mentioned in the service
voucher.
I hereby undertake to comply with above undertaking along with governing terms and conditions.
