supply of the Mechanical Services.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS

Our price as per our scope of works is described hereunder. We have priced according to Drawing
Numbers: MOO, M01, M02, M03, M04, M05, M06 and M07.

2.0 AIR CONDITIONERS

We have allowed for 'Daikin' VRV air conditioning with refrigerant R410a which has ZERO ozone layer
depleting coefficient and no chlorine R410a exhibits superior safety characteristics. Even with zero ozone
layer depleting, R410a offers a better performance to conventional refrigerant R22.
'Daikin Industries Limited' is Japan's pre-eminent makers of commercial and industrial air conditioning
system and is the leading supplier of air conditioning and refrigeration equipments in the world.

We have not allowed for maintenance of the mechanical services for 12 months.

We have allowed for supply of Galvanized cladding for all external refrigerant pipes.
We have allowed for supply of Maxi Orange drain pump for wall mounted unit only.

 We have allowed for supply of bare galvanized ducting.

8.0 PRICE: Supply Only: $ 295,746.70 VIP

9.0 COMMERCIAL TERMS

Exchange Rate
Where fluctuations in currency rate occur, the cost increase due to such fluctuation shall be to the client's
account; otherwise our price is fixed to the duration of the contract. We have used today's exchange rate.
Payment
Shall be 50% deposit for ordering and remaining before supply of equipment's.
Customs Tariff
Our price is based on current customs tariff.
Validity
Our price is valid for 30 days from today

10.0 DAIKIN VRV FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

Daikin VRV features offer larger outdoor capacities, greater energy savings, easier installation, longer
actual and total piping, system simplicity, individual operation, design flexibility and advanced control.
Also the coefficient of performance of the equipment is optimum in the most commonly used range of
cooling load. These too facts make the VRV system a major partner to reduce the electricity bill.

11.0 CONCLUSION
We guarantee to provide all local engineering on Daikin VRV system. Hence the client will be fully secured
at all times receiving above par performance from the Daikin VRV systems. With superior design flexibility
offered the system recovery time shall be maximized which will be beneficial to the client and the end-user.
