RE: UAW-GM Negotiations Update #2

Dear Union Brothers and Sisters:

We have made some progress in this set of Negotiations since I last updated you on Thursday,
September 5, 2019 . We still have many outstanding issues remaining, including significant
differences between the parties on wages, health care benefits, temporary employees, job
security and profit sharing . We will be working until tonight's deadline at 11 :59 pm to reach a
Tentative Agreement.

No decisions or actions will be taken until the IEB meets at midnight and the National Council
convenes at 10:00 am on Sunday, September 15, 2019. The agenda will be decided prior to
the Council Meeting and shared only with those in attendance.

For tomorrow's Council Meeting , this is a reminder that only Presidents and Chairpersons will
gain entry to our meeting. Additionally, any Local Unions delinquent on per capita dues have
no vote and will not be allowed access to the National Council Meeting.
