[b]Peace Treaty for the Korean Conflict[/b]

The below signed parties, in the interest of returning peace and stability to the Korean Peninsula, have
commits to the below outlined agreement both in writing and in spirit; as well as commits to a wish that
conflict should never scar the Korean Peninsula.

[b]Article 1: An End to Hostilities:[/b]

The below signed parties agree that a state of war and conflict between them will officially come to an
end at the time of the signing and ratification of this treaty, with an official end to hostilities coming
two hours following the signing of this treaty in order to provide time for word to reach all units on
both sides of the current front line. At this time any unit which engages a unit of the opposite time will
be charged in violation of this treaty and its officers arrested.

[b]Article 2: Recognition of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea[/b]

The United States of America agrees to recognize the Democratic People's Republic of Korea as the
official Government of Korea immediately following the signing and ratification of this treaty. The two
sides will have the right to open embassy's in Pyongyang and Washington DC respectively should they
so choose.

The recognition of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea by the United States of America will
include the current territorial borders of both the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the
former Republic of Korea with exception of the island of Jeju and the area herein known as Busan;
which will be outlined in Article 4 of this treaty.

[b]Article 3: Recognition of the People's Republic of China[/b]

The United States of America agrees to recognize the People's Republic of China as the sole legal
government of the Chinese nation and of the Chinese people immediately following the signing and
ratification of this treaty. The two sides will have the right to open embassy's in Beijing and
Washington DC respectively should they so choose.

In line with this recognition the United States will call upon the United Nations General Assembly to
hold a vote on allowing the government of the People's Republic of China to ascend to the Permanent
Chinese Seat on the United Nations Security Council, to replace the Republic of China in that seat.

Also in line with this recognition the United States agrees to not directly involve itself in any active
way in the ongoing Chinese Civil War between the People's Republic of China and the previously
mentioned Republic of China. This will include a withdrawal of all American personnel, aircraft,
warships, and any other not mentioned equipment from any territory controlled by the Republic of
China.

[b]Article 4: Independent City of Busan and Independent Island of Jeju[/b]

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea agrees to provisionally recognize the City of Busan and its
surrounding area along current lines of control, which includes Geoje Island, as a “Special Status
Independent Administrative Zone” which is allowed full self-governance including in areas of foreign
affairs, trade, economics, defense, and governmental structure. The Democratic People's Republic of
Korea agrees to respect the independent self-governing status of this territory until such a time as a UN
Monitored Referendum can be held within a period of no longer than three years.

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea also recognizes the Island of Jeju as a “Special Status
Independent Administrative Zone which is allowed full self-governance including in areas of foreign
affairs, trade, economics, defense, and governmental structure. The Democratic People's Republic of
Korea agrees to respect the independent self-governing status of this territory until such a time as a UN
Monitored Referendum can be held within a period of no longer than three years.

[u]Sub-Article 4-1: On the Status of Soldiers of the Former Republic of Korea Army[/u]

All soldiers of the former Republic of Korea Army will be allowed to remain in the Special Status
Independent Administrative Zones to form a “local self defense force” for those zones, or alternatively
will be allowed to lay down their weapons and return to their homes within the Democratic People's
Republic of Korea. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea agrees not to persecute these soldiers
or former soldiers for activities in this war in so long as those activities did not violate international
understood laws of war.

[b]Article 5: Withdrawal of Foreign Soldiers from the Korean Peninsula[/b]

Under the terms of this treaty all American-led forces will be granted sixty (60) days to fully withdraw
from the Korean Peninsula including from the Special Status Independent Administrative Zones
outlined in Article 4 of this treaty. In addition all American warships will have ten days to fully
withdrawal from the territorial waters of the Korean Peninsula, including from those waters defined as
part of the Special Status Independent Administrative Zones outlined in Article 4 of this treaty.
