Final Drive Duo-Cone Seals

SMCS - 4209-11; 4209-12

Remove Final Drive Duo-Cone Seals

start by:

a) remove wheels

1. Remove Duo-Cone seal from spindle.

Install Final Drive Duo-Cone Seals

1. The rubber seals and metal rings that make contact with the rubber seals must be clean and dry
before assembly. Put a small amount of SAE 30 oil on the outside surface of the metal seal rings that
contact each other.

2. Install Duo-Cone seal on spindle with tool (A).
