experience mild turbulence. You reach VIBN and decide to climb to next higher
level.

Q 4. Your ETA CEA is 10:50 and you have been given descent clearance by VECC to
FL 70, EAT 11:35. Reaching FL 70 you experience RCF. Transmit your total
planned action.
