1. Tell me about yourself.

I have studied in Central Mindanao University as an Animal Science

Major. I undergo thesis on broiler chicken. I have developed my skill in
poultry industry. Because of my specialization in Animal Nutrition I
have the knowledge in calculation and computation of feeds. I am
eager to make full use of this in a larger working environment.

2. Why do you want to work at our company?

I am very interested in the professional field that this job has to offer
me. After conducting my research, I have found that your company
envisioned to be a world class leading Poultry Company through
providing products and services to the highest quality in the poultry
industry sector. I would be honored to associate my work with this

I don’t have a previous job

4. Why should I hire you?

You describe in the job listing that you are looking for a farm
supervisor in broiler farm. As an Animal Science graduate I have the
knowledge in Poultry Industry. I undergo seminars in Animal Nutrition
and I have good grades in Animal Science majors. I have developed my
ability to be extremely patient because my thesis was all about broiler
chicken and that experience could contribute on your company.

Hard work is putting more efforts and time whereas smart work is
working efficiently with less time.

I see myself as a risk taker. But before taking any decision, I always
evaluate all other options and after careful considerations I would
definitely take a risk if the rewards were high enough.

Yes, Working under pressure is the opportunity to know about my

ability and it will gain my confidence

Family, they are my biggest source of inspiration. Their dedication to

working is what motivates me to be like them.

I`m very organized and I plan everything I do. This helps me to easily

I will ask my boss on why I should do that and I express my own

opinion so that I`m not mistaken with my feeling.

17. What was the toughest decision you ever make in life?

The toughest decision is when I gave up my dream to be an engineer

because my grades didn’t qualify and proceed in agriculture which I
found myself and make my new dream.

Success is where you fulfilled everything you set out to do in life and
are happy with what you are doing.

19. What will you do when you have a problem with your boss?

When I have a problem with my boss, I don’t like to keep it bottled up.
I want to resolve problems so I can work efficiently without
distractions.

do you think you can work better in such designation?

A farm supervisor, I can work better in this position because I can

showcase my knowledge and skill about poultry industry.

I`m expecting a range of 10,000-15,000 based on my skill and

qualifications in this position.
