II. Introduction

We, the Sweet and Bites company come up to a business which has its own

uniqueness and originality. We provide high quality products and services which will be

everyone are looking for. Sweet and Bites products are a truly mouthwatering, delicious

and healthy product that is under of desserts industry.

We assure our beloved customers and prospects that they wouldn't regret to buy

our product since it is affordable for everyone but it has its new look and taste that will

surely satisfy their cravings with regards of sweets. These products will fulfill customer’s

needs, wants and demands. As this business conducted, we make sure that this will be

essential to future entrepreneurs or businessman and businesswoman in the near future

for the reason of our management including the potential employees and also beloved

customers and respectful prospects have a good relation and communication to each

other and through of that we possibly built a strong foundation of this business and we

are looking forward for many opportunities and the development of this business inside

the corporate world.

All of our employees gave and shared their knowledge, ideas, thoughts, opinions

and different perspectives in all aspects that result to have the effectiveness and

III. Objectives

1. We want to have a good relationship with our employees and customers; through of it

we can build a good communication to each other.

2. To maintain the high quality of our product and services because we want to assure

that our customer is willing to provide a loyalty on our company.

3. To meet the expectations and needs of our customers therefore they will be familiar

on our product and there's a possibility to be their advocate to other prospects of our

product.

4. To have a consistent growth of our business besides we want to earn more profit and

to make bigger our company.

5. We want to produce a product that is essential to everybody and to create a service

that will give a mark on each customer that we have.

IV. Summary of Report

In our financial report it shows the income of our company in each day and the

money that we spent for the ingredients that were going to use for our product. In each

day that we sell the income is not too big because what like they say you should take

risk if you want to build your own business. And every peso that we were going to use,

we need to think wisely where we can budget properly the money and make sure that

the quality of ingredients that you’re going to buy has a high quality. And the people who

handled the money are the one who will look forward to our supplier and can give some

strategies for our business.

About business and it help us to recognize the flow of business in a corporate

world but then we still discovering the business industry, as of now we discovered

imperative things that must be learned of in business world. We learned that we must

know how to manage our time in business and personal matters in productive and

efficient way. As an entrepreneur, you will be able to prioritize needs over wants

because need is always a necessity but want is not.

VI. Reflection

We, as an entrepreneur of almost 1 month. We learned how to be a good and

responsible entrepreneur and businessman/businesswoman someday or in the near

future because we had experienced on how to handle a business in a way of taking the

risk and facing weaknesses. At first, we don't know how to handle a business because

we have no idea of handling it, like we don't have any prior knowledge regarding this but

since we have our Entrepreneurship subject it serves as an instrument in gaining all the

learning’s about business and it help us to recognize the flow of business in a corporate

world but then we still discovering the business industry, as of now we discovered

imperative things that must be learned of in business world. We learned that we must

know how to manage our time in business and personal matters in productive and

efficient way. As an entrepreneur, you will be able to prioritize needs over wants

because need is always a necessity but want is not. Then, we therefore conclude that

being an entrepreneur has a big role and has a big responsibility in business industry,

you need to be responsible in everything especially in your company. One thing also

that will affect your business is based on how you talk and communicate to your

investors, potential employees, beloved customers and prospects. Lastly, building a

good foundation will result to good relation. As an entrepreneur we must provide

customer's needs, wants and demands and one thing that we always remind of is that

we should fulfill their satisfaction in our products and services offered.
