Profile Management
Edits profile.
Logs out and end editing.
Cancels edit.
Saves changes.

● Click My Information to view and edit your profile..

● Fields highlighted in orange can be edited. Click the Update icon to save changes.
Notice: System users connected to WPC must change passwords through their connected sites.
System Language
Changes the system language.
● You can click the drop-down box to select a system language.

⊙ The default language can be set in My Information screen.
Notice: All information is reset when the system language is changed.

VIN
Vehicle search
VIN (17 digits), VIN serial number (VIN's last 6 digits)
Search icon
Matched vehicle list
● To perform a parts search, enter the vehicle information correctly and click the Search icon.
⊙ Enter a 17-digit VIN to open the Group search screen.
⊙ Enter a VIN serial number (last 6 digits) to display a list of vehicle matches.
Selecting a vehicle will open the Group search screen.
Notice: Search parts on the Model screen if a VIN search returns no results.
Auto Save Search History

● A successful VIN search is automatically added to the drop-down box.
Notice: All information entered into the fields, such as vehicle name, part number, and part name are
also saved automatically.
Search history is maintained even after logout.

Group Search
Expands diagram.
Resets diagram size.
Shrinks diagram.
Selects and compares multiple parts.
Displays parts added to the Cart.
Saves current search details. Adds selected part to the Cart.
Group number Changes search options (Match On/Off).
Vehicle component Displays detailed vehicle information.
Group name
Search a part name, part number, or product code.

Select Group window
● Select a vehicle component to view a group list (left) and the corresponding diagram (right).
Selecting a group name and group number will display the Details screen for the selected group.
⊙ The Group selection options window is displayed if a selected group has multiple options.
⊙ The history of a selected group is displayed in sequence next to the Search icon.
Notice: If there is insufficient space to display the group history on the screen, the older ones will be
deleted first.
Parts still being grouped are temporarily saved to the "Unclassed" group.
Once grouped, these parts can be searched in their respective groups. 6
Save search details
● Click the Save search icon to save the current search details.
⊙ Move the cursor to the far left of the window to view saved searches. Make a selection
to view the search results.
Notice: Search details can only be saved if the Save search icon is orange.
Click the X mark on the search list to delete the list.
Saved searches
Saves current search details.
Search icon: Search for part names, part numbers, and product codes.
Keyword Search
Keyword search results
● Select a search method and enter a keyword. Then click the Search icon.
⊙ Part name, part number, PNC: Entered keyword must be at least 2 characters/numbers.
⊙ Make a selection on the displayed search results to view its details.

Select an item on the parts list (left) or a product code in the diagram (right) to view its details.
⊙ A selected part is highlighted in a different color.
⊙ An underlined part has additional information.

Parts additional information
● A part's additional information includes memos, inquiries, diagrams, and substitute information. All
additional information pertaining to a selected part is displayed on a single screen.
Memos Adds memo.

Adds inquiry.
● Select a part number and click "ADD USER MEMO" to add a memo.
⊙ Click Update to save or edit a memo.
Notice: The Memo menu is only displayed to authorized users.
Memos can only be deleted on the Memo management screen.
Administrator approval is required to share memos within a user group.
Inquiries
● Select a part number and click ADD INQUIRY to open the Inquiry screen.
⊙ Enter a subject and message, and click Add to send it to the technical support team.
⊙ Click Browse… to add attachments to an inquiry.
⊙ Answers can be viewed in the Information's Inquiry screen.
Notice: The Inquiry menu is only displayed to authorized users.
Answers are shared within the user group.

Part diagrams
● When an underlined part number is clicked, any existing part diagrams are displayed.
Notice: If there are multiple part diagrams, they are displayed along with page numbers.
Supersession / alternative order / multi order
● When an underlined part number is clicked, any existing supersession / alternative order / multi
order details are displayed.
⊙ Parts information is displayed according to supersession (substitute part information), alternative
order (multiple substitute parts), or multi order (selection from multiple substitute parts required
according to vehicle options).

⊙ Search: Displays information matching the entered search conditions.

⊙ Vehicle information: Displays details on the searched vehicle.
⊙ Options > All: Displays information on all applied options.

⊙ Options > Audio: Displays information on applied audio options.
⊙ Search options: Enter the start of an option code and click Enter to view options that start with
the entered value.
⊙ Only parts applied to a vehicle are displayed.

Applied oil specifications
● Vehicles can be searched directly by name or progressively by category.

⊙ Direct search: Enter a vehicle name and click the Search icon. Then, select a search result.
⊙ Progressive search: Click vehicle category items progressively and select a search result.
Notice: Part specifications matching the selected vehicle options are displayed.
All options are searched if no vehicle options are selected.
⊙ Click the Color/Oil icon to view the applied color/oil specifications.
Click Next to open the Group search screen.
Notice: Refer to Group search, Keyword search, Parts search, Parts additional information, and Icon
description sections for details.

● CKD parts can be searched directly by FSC (Full Specification Code) or progressively by category.
⊙ Direct search: Enter an FSC directly and select a search result.
⊙ Progressive search: Click vehicle category items progressively and select a search result.

⊙ Options > All displays all applied options. Options > Audio displays applied audio options.
Enter an option code in the Option code field and click Enter to view the details.
⊙ Click Next to open the Group search screen.
Notice: Displayed CKD parts may differ from parts actually applied to a vehicle.
Production data accuracy is not guaranteed as CKD vehicles are not manufactured at the H/KMC plant.
Korean-made vehicle information is referenced to provide CKD parts search results as accurately as
possible on WPC.

PDF (Search PDF catalogs)
Displays the part names list.

Displays the part numbers list.
Displays the diagrams list.
Changes the group list's language.

● Vehicle PDF catalogs can be searched directly by name or progressively by category.

⊙ Direct search: Enter a vehicle name and click the Search icon. Then, select a vehicle search result.
⊙ Progressive search: Click vehicle category items progressively and select a vehicle search result.
⊙ Select a vehicle from the displayed list to view the selected vehicle's group list.
⊙ Change the language settings to view the vehicle groups in a different language.
⊙ Select a group to view the PDF catalog for the selected group.
Notice: PDF catalogs are provided for vehicles manufactured before the catalog system was set up.
Catalogs are not provided for vehicles that can be searched in the system normally.

● Tools can be searched tool name or tool number.
⊙ Matching tools are displayed.

● The diagram of a selected tool is displayed.

Edit
● Change quantity: Enter a new quantity and click the Update icon.
● Delete part: Check a part to delete and click the Delete icon.
Download List
● Displayed lists can be downloaded in Excel format.
⊙ Click the Download icon to download a displayed list.
Send
● A saved parts list can be sent to a WPC-linked system.
※ Notice: This function is only available to authorized users.

Downloads displayed memo list.
Deletes selected memos.

Register
Cancels a new inquiry.
Attaches a file. Registers an inquiry.
● Click the Create new icon and enter your inquiry in the screen. Then click the Register icon to
register the inquiry.
⊙ Enter a subject in the Subject field.
⊙ Select an inquiry type.
⊙ Enter a VIN (if known). A catalog number is automatically added for a VIN registered in WPC.
⊙ Select a group (if known).
⊙ To add a file, click Browse... and register the file.
Notice: Inquiries can also be added on the Parts search screen.

Cancels actions and exits.
Returns an inquiry.
Sends a reply.
Saves an incomplete reply.
Displays current state
Prints an inquiry.
● Select an inquiry list to display the Reply screen. Write a reply and click Complete to submit your
reply.
⊙ The inquiry type can be changed if an inquiry is not completed.
⊙ Click Browse... to select and attach a file.
⊙ Select an inquiry type, inquiry location, office in charge, ECR (only required if an office in charge
exists), UPG, replying department number, and supervising department number.
⊙ Enter a message.
⊙ Select the check box if Mobis personnel's assistance is required.
⊙ Add a memo if required.
