SUCCESFUL PROJECT: The product will be released to the market under the name
"QUESOS DEL TROPICO".

MISSION

We are a company dedicated to the production and marketing of cheese with the main
objective of providing homes with a product of excellent quality, serving with
responsibility and honesty, offering direct distribution and affordable prices.

VIEW

The cheese producing and commercializing company 'QUESOS DEL TROPICO' in five (5)
years will be positioned in the market as a cheese production and commercialization
company of excellent quality achieving the recognition of the homes as a responsible,
honest and kind entity, growing according to the needs that arise in the community.

TYPE OF ORGANIZATION

The company is a family responsibility company, whose capital is divided in equal parts
that are called interest installments or aliquots, the partners respond only to the value of
their parts; the number of members can be at least two (2) and maximum twenty-five (25),
and the company name will be followed by the word limited or its abbreviation Flia., the
maximum body is called assembly of partners, it will be oriented for its effects legal by the
new code of commerce, in his second book, title V, in article 296 and following of the
family responsibility society.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product of the cheese producing company that consists of double cream cheese, with
mushrooms, with paprika, with fine herbs, with jalapeño, to spread, chopped, costeño, curd,
butter, cream of milk, coastal serum.

BRAND. "TROPICAL CHEESES".

Analysis of the offer. The market of the municipality of Los Angeles, Cesar, offers an
important advantage since there is no organized entity dedicated specifically to the
production of cheese, which allows to cover a large percentage of the locality, because the
cheese that is consumed Within the municipality the peasants bring it from very far away
parts and in quantities that are not very significant.

Price analysis. Taking into account that a cheese of excellent quality is going to be
produced and that in most homes they consume cheese for pleasure, and so it has been
decided to establish a rational price of $ 2,400 per pound, which corresponds to the costs
plus a profit margin.

It is very important to mention that the microenterprise will work with a rate equal to or
lower than the one currently managed, taking into account that it will work with higher
quality.

Marketing of the product. The producer and marketer of cheese will be located in a
physical plant suitable for its function, near the center of the urban sector east of the
municipality of Los Angeles, Cesar.

An advantage is the location of the marketer, in the same place of the producer, which
allows to save in transportation of finished product.

Advertising. The publicity will be done through the media, such as:
Radio. Through radial wedges such as: "Soon in Los Angeles, Cesar TROPICO
CHEESES, the cheese that gives energy, product made with the highest quality to be
enjoyed in your meals". Which will be issued by the F.M. Stereo of the municipality at 8:00
a.m. at 10:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, since they are the most tuned programs by
all the inhabitants of the municipality.

PROJECT SIZE

The physical plant where the company operates was built following the suggestions that
allow the spaces to be optimized, time in the flow of the transformation process and above
all, to cover the proposed objective. In addition, it begins by covering 30% of the family
units that gave a positive response with respect to the company, equivalent to 631 homes
approximately.

Location. The production and marketing company of QUESO EL TRÓPICO is located in


Los Angeles, Cesar.

REQUIREMENT OF LABOR

The company, in terms of labor will be composed as follows:


Five people who will perform the following functions:

1 Manager
1 Coordinator
2 Paileros and vertidores
1 Moldeador
2 people in charge of production and storage in cold room.
1 person in charge of customer service and sales.
2 person in charge of various services (warden, cleaner, messenger, others)
2 Balers and Sealers
3 Distributor
