Meanwhile the disciples were urging Him, saying, “Rabbi, eat.” But He said to them, “I have food to
eat that you do not know about.” So the disciples said to one another, “Has anyone brought Him
something to eat?” Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him Who sent Me and to
accomplish His work. Do you not say, “There are yet four months, then comes the harvest? Look, I
tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for the harvest.

There’s a Word for that! Content

If contentment is still illusive, memorize this portion of our scripture for today, particularly, “I will

never leave you or forsake you.” We certainly did not sign up for teaching for the money, but we
can learn to be content with what He has blessed us with for sure.

Hebrews 13:5– Keep your life free from the love of money, and be content with what you have,
for He has said, "I will never leave you or forsake you."

Thank you for giving us a calling that is not
chasing after money. Lord, forgive us when we

Please teach us how to be grateful. You never
cease to amaze us. You have promised to never
