Question 1:
Tell me about a time when you were asked to do something you had never done before. How did
you react? What did you learn?

Substantially, it was on my current job, I have been tasked to lead the disassembly & assembly
team for 966-H wheel loader that was amazing to do something like that full of experience gains,
as our experience rules in that situation; firstly, we follow the EPC for caterpillar SIS to
disassemble the loader under caterpillar maintenance manual procedure. Secondly, we hired a
three-experienced technician’s one for mechanic work the others for hydraulic and electric
systems, according to disassembly procedures we found some challenges like special tools , old
fashion technicians behavior , safety and the raising efficiency of the machine and I preferred to
say it’s solutions face to face. After all of that I think you know exactly how much experience I
learned to make that monster become alive again from A to Z assembly.

What are the three things that are most important to you in a job?
1- Effective role on the workflow.
2- Experience gain according to my objective career.
3- Maintaining a stable future with increasing the gross income.

Question 3:
Give an example of when you had to work with someone who was difficult to get along with. How
did you handle interactions with that person?

At GB-Auto previously 2 years ago, I had work with my direct manager that was as you ask, but it
was not too difficult to work with him according to company policy that safe me and him from any
violation or negative altitude. In that situation, I speak on the workflow governors policies not the
company penalty list.

Tell me about the most boring job you’ve ever had.

Really, I want to answer that question, but I have been never worked in boring job.

Tell me about the last time something significant didn’t go according to plan at work. What was
your role? What was the outcome?

From two years ago , at GB-auto Volvo trucks agents in Egypt , I was tasked to be the manager of
Hurghada branch because of its manager roles out of Egypt , really that was the most work
adventure I was lead . it’s simple to re-order my priority according to company aid , outcome make
me happy when I take my own decision to resolve a customer issue to decrease the maintenance
cost from 45000 to 6000 egp by repairing the damaged part instead of change it. You know when I

come back to my branch again that customer make all his fleet come to my branch to make all
maintenance under my supervision. By that, numbers mentioned before you think I loosed my
company a lot of money but in the same time, I keep its customer sustainable. Goals gain not in the
same time we decide to achieve it.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

In my opinion, success has many definitions but, the most accurate one and the easiest is to read
thanks mail or listen a good job comment from my direct manger, to measure that feeling is to feel
comfort and stable work process day after day and the feeling of you still on the road of your main
objective.

Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in the last six months.
When I fired one technicians, when the outcome of the drug analysis
was positive.

Have you ever had to “sell” an idea to your coworkers or group? How did you do it? What were
the results?

Not the selling expression as we know that come with money gain, but was an aid to my coworkers
I did that to pneumatic engineer that he could not regulate the pneumatic circuit pressure by
control system (not available program). I taught him how to make it mechanically by its own
governors. The result was positively adding me in the hydraulic circuit, sharing all of us our
information plus, project cost was less, and our money bonus was gross.

What would motivate you to make a move from your current role?

More effective role with more experiences, skills and benefits under consideration of my career
objective.

Certified technical engineer from Volvo Truck after VISTA competition.

Tell me about a time when you had to juggle several projects at the same time. How did you
organize your time? What was the result?
It go on my current job , I juggle several project in the same time (wheel loader , motor grader and
Scissor lift ). Perfect organization was gain from the knowing of priorities stages according to
market needs and company policies. Of-course with that law you will never gain a bad result. But

for the reality I’m waiting my decisions result at the final of projects. Old school say money gain is
the most effective way to judge on your success.

Tell me about the biggest change that you have had to deal with. How did you adapt to that
change?

Beigest one you need to know , it’s to leave my borne city and my job to learn more experiences
and skills ,Changing from service provider role to fleet managements role, that adaption wasn’t
hard to do, just to know job Responsibilities ,Power and roles , then you will execute your job as
what your background occurs.

I think that I was more honest with myself when I answers all the question mentioned before even
I know some answers doesn’t like the reader but that’s me , it was a good adventure to answer on
it.
