1. Does the society or a person define gender?
2. Would humanity be more developed today if gender stereotype never existed?
3. Who or What defines the concept of masculinity and feminist in modern society?
4. Can a woman be a good politician? Why or Why not?
5. Would our society be better if more women were empower?

1. Several researchers over the years have failed to distinguish between ‘sex’ and ‘gender’
correctly. While a person’s ‘sex’ refers to his/her physiological structure, ‘gender’ on the
other hand is dictated by a person’s individual choices- or in most cases, societal order.
Both Yes and No. Yes, because it is a great factor on how a certain individual became a
person. Every family or society have different perspective when it comes to gender. Gender
is already define as being male and female that society defines gender as is. No because if
it will be individualize gender specific, a person who can define gender is oneself and not
the people surrounding us because most of the time, the one who truly understand what we
are is ourselves.

2. Yes, if there will be no stereotypes then everything will be much more advanced cause this
thinking stops one's potential due to "not being man enough, or not a lady to understand,
it’s not within your line of work" etc. . How a person grow depends on oneself, confidence
believing oneself you can do or achieve something, and the support you get from around
you mostly emotional support. Stereotypes about gender can cause unequal and unfair
treatment because of a person’s gender. Hyper femininity is the exaggeration of stereotyped
behavior that’s believed to be feminine. Hyper feminine folks exaggerate the qualities they
believe to be feminine. This may include being passive, naive, sexually inexperienced, soft,
flirtatious, graceful, nurturing, and accepting. Hyper masculinity is the exaggeration of
stereotyped behavior that’s believed to be masculine. Hyper masculine folks exaggerate
the qualities they believe to be masculine. They believe they’re supposed to compete with
other men and dominate feminine folks by being aggressive, worldly, sexually
experienced, and insensitive, physically imposing, ambitious, and demanding. These
exaggerated gender stereotypes can make relationships between people difficult. Hyper
feminine folks are more likely to endure physical and emotional abuse from their partners.
Hyper masculine folks are more likely to be physically and emotionally abusive to their
partners. Extreme gender stereotypes are harmful because they don’t allow people to fully
express themselves and their emotions.

3. Anyone can say one is feminine and one is masculine as long as one is open to accept the
traits or personality and thinking of masculinity and femininity in a person without biased
to one’s genetic make-up. You or we as part of the society can define feminists and
masculinity. It just depend on how you see each worth and limitations.

4. One's gender can never restrict once personality, traits and knowledge to lead people.
Leading is more of a capability than being gender based the reason being stereotypes kills’
advancement. We cannot stop someone who is worth to be a leader. Whether a man or a
woman. Being a woman thus not restrict us to do tasks that supposed to be for men as long
as we have knowledge and perseverance to do it.

5. No, we do need to balance everything. It's the same thing as "no man lives in an island".
We alone or being a woman alone can't do everything. There's a reason why God created
a man and a woman. Every individual was created differently. How a person can help not
on if you’re a person with a testicles or ovary which are never used to lead. Empowering
women doesn't mean that women are always right like men are not always right, it depends
on what a women is doing that needs to be empowered like what men are doing that needs
to be empowered or not to be highlighted.
