Operator Tasks:

have many goals in terms of opposition. As an operator, you want to answer as many
messages as you can. You also need to make sure you get the messages back. The quality
of the messages is very important for every operator. So also for you.

How can I improve the quality of my messages?


When you receive a message from a customer, you have only one goal: Ensure that the
customer responds to your messages. So take care that the customer has a good reason to
write back. Below you will find advice on how to get the customer back.

1. Show interest and use customer profile information.

You should get the feeling that you want to be in touch with him. Always ask questions and
use the customer profile information and log to the right of the screen.

Don't ask questions that the customer has already answered. He gets a picture that you talk
to so many people that you don't even remember the content of the conversation between
you. So fill in the logbook and use it for your benefit.

For example​,
The customer has told you that you have lived in Helsinki earlier.
Good question: What would you show me in Helsinki?
Poor Question: Where do you live?

If a customer writes about loving sm sex.


Good question: Are you domineering or host SM in play?
Poor Question: What kind of sex do you like?

If you have a picture of a muscular upper body.


Good question: How have you got such a body? Do you play a lot? Do you have more
pictures?
Poor Question: What do you think of my pictures?
Read the logs:
Often when you start a conversation, it is already running. It is therefore very important to
read history to know what has already been discussed. This is the easiest way to continue
the conversation. An important rule of memory is 10 latest entries. You can read the latest
entries. The customer does not like to ask the same thing several times.

Ask for unique questions:


If a customer writes about looking for sex then you should know that asking about hobbies
no longer arouses interest. You should ask questions that fit into the discussion, such as
Good question: If I stood at your door now, what would you do with me?
Poor Question: What Hobbies Do You Have? What did you eat? Did you have a nice day at
work?
Write personal messages. If your customer's nickname is Ville1980, don't ask for his name
but call him Ville.
Good question. Hey Ville, did you sleep well?
Poor Question: Hey, what's your name?

Don't use cute expressions until later in the chat. The use of cute expressions makes the
customer feel comfortable and is a good idea, but they should not be used right at the
beginning of the conversation but when they have been talking for a moment. Nobody starts
calling another "Honey" in the first message. It doesn't sound credible. You can use these
expressions when you feel comfortable with you. You can start by asking for a name or
some other basic information about his profile. ​Later you can start using cute
expressions.

Using picture
Use pictures that have been uploaded and upload pictures yourself. It is possible for our
customer to send pictures on our site. When a customer sends a picture, you can see the
icon on the right side of the message. Click the icon to display the image. The customer
takes his time to send his picture and he is proud of it otherwise he would not send it.
Respond positively and praise the picture​. As an operator, you can also send pictures of
the profile you are using. Also, keep in mind that not all profiles have additional images to
send. If there are more pictures, the images will be displayed under the message field on the
left ​(Add photo)​. You can choose the picture you send yourself. This is a very effective way
to keep the discussion going. So use pictures to continue the conversation and keep the
conversation interesting. However, do not use all the images immediately, but use them
carefully.

Reply with Messages Accurately
