Sir/Madam:

Warmest greetings! I write in behalf of my clients, SPOUSES

ANDRELINO LUCIANO and AMELYN ELSA LUCIANO, to request
your good office for assistance to our application for the release of the CCTV
Footage of Contis Bakeshop, West Gate Alabang, Muntinlupa City which
captured our tender of Notice of Dishonor of Checks and Demand for
Payment to the alleged authorized representative of One 17 Land Realty
Development Corporation.

The management of Conti’s Bakeshop, West Gate Alabang asks for a letter
from your office authorizing the release of the said CCTV footage. Hence, this
request.

We intend to use the said CCTV Footage as proof that we made a valid
tender of our demand letter against the said corporation to formally notify
them of the dishonor of their checks by reason of closed account.

Relative to my request, I hereby authorize either of my Legal Secretaries,

MIKKA ELA R. LONTOC/ NENITA L. STO. DOMINGO, to process
and claim the same.
