Your team was expected to discuss and collectively write a one-page Team Charter that details how your team will
operate, including the distribution of roles and tasks, dealing with conflicts, dealing with free-riders, and other issues
of governance.
The Team Charter will not be graded. It can be a very simple document that describes how your team will operate in

Our team (#9) has collectively worked on choosing our company, La Teresita and discussed the
roles and expectations of our team. Our team will operate though constant messaging on
GroupMe and a weekly skype meeting on Sunday of each week. The stratification of the roles
were chosen by the group members that believed they had the skill set, to ensure synchronized
team work. Aida and Vanessa will co-lead for the group to manage our team priorities. Another
proper communication within the group. Since we are only able to do e-communications, and
Shifa lives in an opposite time zone from the rest of the group, she is in charge of making sure
the group is on task, while taking on her own workload, and providing global perspectives.
In terms of dealing with conflicts we will try to solve within the group by communicating and

communication. Along with this, we decided on using Google Docs for the creation of our
project material. As a group our communication policy is to set aside one hour each week that is
completely dedicated to the X-Culture project. During this hour we will have constant
communication in order to achieve maximum creativity. Throughout the week group members
are expected to work and communicate with teammates in order to prepare for the hour meeting.
