first batch of the year 2015-2016 of Expanded Students' Grant-In-Aid Program for Poverty Alleviation
(ESGP-PA) of Tarlac Agricultural University is invited and required to attend the incoming Seminar of
ESGP-PA under DSWD, Team Building and Workshop Seminar of the grant scholars to be held on
December 6-8, 2016 at Grand Harbor Hotel,Subic to serve as a guest speaker in the said program for
sharing his inspirational message of appreciation and presentation on how to pursue and motivate the
young and graduating scholars in achieving their goal in life.

With this, I would like to commence you for your support in pushing this intent to allow him to go to the
said program and touch the hearts of the next scholars of the grant.

I write an application for travel leave that will take effect on December 6-8, 2016 for attending the
Seminar of ESGP-PA Scholars under DSWD, Team Building and Workshop of the new and graduating
scholars as their invited guest speaker of the said grant to be held in Subic.

Any conditional concerns of my leave will be hold during those days and to be continued when I come
