IMPERIAL OIL CONTRACT TERMS

SCHEDULE FOR IMPERIAL OIL LIMITED CANADA (EMPLOYER) ATTACHED TO AGREEMENT FOR, AND
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR, EMPLOYMENT. THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND THE EMPLOYEE’S
EMPLOYMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE IS
DESIGNATED TO WORK AS DEFINED IN “CLAUSE 2 - THE WORK”.

Note - in the event of any conflict this schedule takes precedence over the Terms and Conditions
contained in the Agreement for and Conditions of Service for Employment

CLAUSE 1 - AGREEMENT

CLAUSE 2 - THE WORK

To confirm the recent screening process, which was conducted by the Screening Department of
Imperial Oil, we are pleased to offer you an initial position as the.

The EMPLOYEE will be employed on Married Status, accompanied by his spouse and children if required.

POSITION: Instrumentation and Maintenance Manager

JOB LOCATION: Canada

CLAUSE 3 – DURATION
Approximate date of start is 28th October 2019 and the duration of the Agreement will be open. On this
date, you are to report at 9:00 a.m. To the Human Resources Department, where you will be provided
with packet containing information on Imperial Oil Limited Canada Benefits, facilities, and services as
well to attend an orientation program before job commencement.

Period of Notice from the EMPLOYER or EMPLOYEE will be one calendar month.

CLAUSE 4 - REMUNERATION AND TAXATION

Remuneration of US $14,000 dollars per month to be paid on the last business day of each month into
the EMPLOYEE’S Canadian bank account, exclusive of any taxation. This is in line with the Canadian
Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

All tax within country of assignment will be borne by the EMPLOYER.

CLAUSE 5 - PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Up to Eleven percent of your annual net salary, paid quarterly by your choice of cheque or direct
deposit.

• Rotation: (Fly in Fly out, 28days on 28days off).

CLAUSE 6 - WORKING HOURS

The normal working week is Forty (40) hours based on a Five (5) day week. The working day is as
required to carry out the duties and thus payment for overtime will only be paid if sanctioned /
approved in advance by the client.

CLAUSE 7 – VISA

All International Applicant should note that Imperial Oil Limited Canada shall duly secure their Visa from
the Immigration office of the Canadian Immigration Services here in Canada for every applicant coming
outside of Canada. Imperial Oil Limited Canada will secure your work permit papers from the
Immigration Office here in Canada which will enable you to live and work legally here in Canada.

CLAUSE 8 - FLIGHT TICKET

Your flight ticket shall also be sent to you, a week before your departure. You will provide valid postal
address where your ticket will be delivered to, inclusive of the Hardcopy of your Offer Letter and
Certificate of Employment.

CLAUSE 9 – TRANSPORTATION
Whilst based in Calgary, local transport will be provided by the EMPLOYER, which will be either a Camry
saloon or a Honda Ridgeline SPORT.

CLAUSE 10 - ACCOMMODATION

Imperial Oil Limited Canada Provides accommodation to all foreign nationals at the Company’s guest
house in Calgary, Canada. Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff
canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.

CLAUSE 11 - ORIENTATION PROGRAM

Candidates are advised to arrive a week before job commencement date to attend the orientation
seminar. Note there will be no further interview as your appointment is basically on the information
which you have provided on your resume before screening. There will be a routine check of your
credentials on arrival by the Human Resource Department to confirm validity.

CLAUSE 12 - REIMBURSEMENT

All expenses you incurred during the period of processing your visa application with Immigration
Consultant Mandated by Imperial Oil Limited Canada will be reimbursed back to you before you embark
on your journey. The First monthly upfront salaries shall be paid only if you provide immigration lawyer
with the entire documents during the period of processing your visa application.

CLAUSE 13 - SAFETY AND SECURITY

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are
highly guarantee, and have being seriously working with security personals to ensure hitch free
operations. All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and
Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Company Sector. All expatriates are entitled to a free and
mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

CLAUSE 14 - MEDICAL AND HEALTH CARE

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the time of contract, and
follow-on care for injuries suffered during the time of contract for employee and family.

CLAUSE 15 - COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET FACILITIES

HP Spectre x360 15 2-in-1 4K UHD Touch Laptop Intel 8th Gen i7 Quad Core, Nvidia MX150, Finger Print
Reader HP Stylus Pen Plus Best Notebook Pen Light (512GB SSD|16GB RAM|WIN 10 PRO) and Necessary
Software’s. 24 hours Internet access is also available.

The company will also provide the employee with one land line phone at home and one Mobile phone
both will have a reasonable credit amount each month.
CLAUSE 16- ALLOWANCE/ENTITLEMENTS:

Hazard/Inconveniences: $1000.00 (Monthly), Car Maintenance: $1000.00 (Monthly), House &


Furnishings: $4,500.00 (Yearly), Entertainment & Recreation: $1000.00(Monthly), Travel & Events:
$3200.00(Monthly) Education: $4000.00 (Monthly)

CLAUSE 17 - BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Receipted excess baggage allowance of up to Twenty-Five (25) Kg on mobilization will be reimbursed at


cost.

CLAUSE 18 – CONFIDENTIALITY

The terms of this Agreement are confidential between the EMPLOYER and EMPLOYEE.
