Technical First 6 Months Website Maintenance will be FOC (Free of Charge).

Maintenance Subsequent Year Website
Maintenance Service: 10% of Project Cost or RM 500 minimum
whichever is higher.
 
Maintenance Scope Includes:
- Up to 10 support tickets per year (max 1 working hours each ticket)
- Analysing support ticket rose by client and decision on
categorisation of the issue.
i) Security Updates, Website Speed Optimisation, Bugs fixes, patches,
payment gateway update and website system updates if available.
 - Half yearly technical update report will be provided
ii) Content updates such as
minor text, images, font changes (If not editable in CMS)
iii) If website hosted with
us, server hosting related issues will be escalated to 3rd party service
providers. Adsmunch will work the best to liaise and communicate
on behalf.
iv) Support on the website
usage and utilisation.
- Support provided during
working hours:  Mon- Fri, 10am - 7pm.
- Minimum 1.5 working days
response time unless specified by Adsmunch as critical.
 
Support
ticket does NOT include of:
i) Website design structure
and feature changes.
ii) Additional requirements
beyond agreed contract and confirmed site.
iii) Copywriting, photography
services, videography, online marketing etc.
iv) Page or feature creation is chargable based
on workload.
