WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, FRANCISCA C. DELA PEǸA and EUSTIQUIO

COGTAS, of legal ages, both married, Filipino, and residents of
Sampongon, Bontoc, Southern Leyte;

1. That we are the legal heirs of the late, FERMIN COGTAS,

who died long time ago at Sampongon, Bontoc, Southern
Leyte.

2. That a certain parcel of land located in Sampongon, Bontoc,

Southern Leyte herein below described as follows:

“BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND”

(TD NO. 07-02-0032-00032)
“A parcel of land situated at Sampongon, Bontoc,
Southern Leyte; Declared in the name of Fermin
Cogtas; Covered by TD No.07-02-0032-00032;
Bounded on the North by Lot # 2244 Ayento,
Roberto; East by Lot # 2311 Timkang, Odon;
South by Lot # 2306 Faelmar, Jose and on the
West Brgy. Road # 2243- Sescon, Cristina;
Consisting of Thirty Three Thousand Seven
Hundred Fourty Nine Square Meters(33, 749
Sq.M.).”

was erroneously declared in the name of our father

Fermin Cogtas;

3. That ever since, even during the lifetime of our father, we

never possessed the above described parcel of agricultural
land and we know very well that the real owner and
possessor of said property is ALFREDA V. MOORHEAD;

4. That, in fact, the real property taxes were religiously paid

yearly by the real owner Alfreda V. Moorhead;

5. That by virtue of this, we hereby WAIVE AND

RELINGUIHED all our rights and interests, if any, over the
above-described parcel of land, in favor of AFLREDA V.
MOORHEAD, of legal age, Filipino, married to Philip Owen
Moorhead and a resident of San Pedro, Sogod, Southern
Leyte.

6. That we freely and voluntarily support the cancellation and

revision of Tax Declaration no. 07-02-0032-00032 and be
transferred into the name of Alfreda V. Moorhead.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our
signatures this ___ day of March 2018 at Sogod, Southern Leyte,
Philippines.

where the acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and the
