 COMMENTS ~ CLARIFICATIONS
1 Configuration is as per layout provided by the architect.
2 The tonnage indicated is at standard conditions, and capacity is nominal capacity.
3 Exact IDU & ODU locations, refrigerant piping/ducting route (if applicable), corded controller
locations, will be decided in consultation with yourself &/or your architect and HVAC consultant.
4 Client will arrange for the provision for concealment of our piping, cabling, between IDU & ODU
within the wall
5 PVC drain piping will be routed upto the drain point only, after routing is approved by you.
6 Power supply (with earthing) to be provided by you to the IDU (within 1 mt. Radius)
We will require individual single/ 3 phase power supply near each indoor and
outdoor unit for all the equipment along with ELCBs, Voltage fluctuation device,
single phase/3 phase reversal protection(to be provided by customer)
7 Warranty quoted by us shall be ineffective and unoperative in the event of the customer not
properly following the operating procedures and instructions prescribed by us. This warranty
does not extend to consequential or indirect damages or losses, if the customer without our
written approval carries out repairs, replacements, &/or modifications. It also does not cover
normal wear and tear, routine maintainence, consumable items like refrigerants, oil, and
electrical relays, contactors, fuses, etc.
8 All units will be delivered on the ground floor of the site. Arrangements to shift the units to their
place of installation (by manual labour/lift/scaffolding, etc), to be undertaken by the client.

EXCLUDED WOKS & SERVICES:

The following work and services, are outside our scope,
and need to be arranged by Customer:
1 Any civil work like drilling holes in the structures, passage for refrigerant piping,
2 Fresh Air Ducts, cabling in walls, their plastering, painting etc.
3 Any carpentery work, like duct concealment, false ceiling, R.A. boxing, etc.
4 Suitable lockable storing space at the site to store our equipment and
suitable area for fabrication of ducting.
5 Suitable drain points near the indoor units.
6 Provision of water and electricity for errection and commissioning.
7 Any other item not specifically mentioned in our offer.
8 Scaffholding for the erection of ducts in the Factory Area.
9 Any other item not specifically mentioned in our offer.
Notes :-

1 Power supply (with earthing) to be provided by you to the ODU as under:

~ Single Phase, 220 V, 50 Hz: for Indoor Unit;
~ Three Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz: for Out-door Units.
This power supply should be terminating in suitably sized MCB, to be provided by customer.
Suitable voltage stabilizers to be installed by you, if power supply is erratic.

2 Warranty quoted by us shall be ineffective and unoperative in the event of the customer not
following properly the operating procedures and instructions prescribed . This warranty
does not extend to consequential or indirect damages or losses, if the customer without our
written approval carries out repairs, replacements or modifications from non authrozied person. It
also does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintainence, consumable items like
refrigerants, oil, and electrical relays, contactors, fuses, etc.
 GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This offer will be based on the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

ORDER: We request you to kindly place an order for equipment as below

For SUPPLY OF AC UNITS in favour M/s. Qualitair Engineers.
For INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT in favour M/s. Qualitair Engineers,

PAYMENT: For Supply of Equipments :

100% Advance along with technically clear order.
For INSTALLATION:
50% Advance alongwith your valued order;
40% against delivery of material at site.
10% balance against commisioning.

DELIVERY: Units will be delivery on site within 10-15 days from the date of receipt technically
and commercially clear order with atleast 60% paid in advance.

TAXES & DUTIES: 28% GST on Equipment & 18% GST on Installation.

TRANSPORTATION: Included.

WARRANTY: All units carry a warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning or
15 months from the date of delivery of units at site, whichever is earliest.
Defects Liability period- Warranty – Subject to the terms of payment
agreed upon being punctually complied with and the plant being
operated properly, the machinery covered by this contract carries a
warranty against defective materials or workmanship for a period of
12months from the date of taking over the completed job by the
customer or for a period of 15months form the date of bringing the
equipment to site, whichever ends earlier. If any part of the plant is put
to use earlier for any reason whatsoever, the warranty period will
commence from the date of such use.
This warranty
1) does not extend to consequential damages or loss.
2) is null and void if repairs and modification are carried out without our approval in writing.
3) does not cover scaling or deterioration of the condenser / Evaporator fins.
4) does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as Vbelts, air filters, etc.
5) does not cover deterioration or failure of equipment, controls and piping due to corrosive atmosphere.
6) Does not cover supply of consumable items like refrigerant, oil, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS: All necessary specification will be forwarded after confirmation of Order.

QUANTITY VARIATION: Any variation in the estimated quantities shall be charged

extra as per the unit rates accepted.

VALIDITY: This offer is valid for 30 days, subject to no change in any statutory levies.

FORCE MAJEURE: Our offer for supply and installation work is subject to "Force Majeure" contingencies, and we
shall not be responsible for any delays, which are due to unavoidable circumstances.
