WAIVER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

I, EVA ALIM RAÑA of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Santan 1 St. Kui Bi Brgy. Fortune,
Marikina City, subscribing on oath, depose and state, That –

I] I am no longer interested over the parcel of land, situated in the Santan 1 St. Kui Bi Brgy.
Fortune, Marikina City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.(TCT 491265) containing a
total area of, more or less, THIRTY SQUARE METERS (30 sq. m) and more particularly
described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. TCT 491265

"A parcel of Land ( Lot 1, Block 1 of the cons.-subd. plan, Pcs-00-008169, being a portion of Lot
3 & 4, (LRC) Pcs-20232, L.R.C Record No. 7672), situated in the Barangay of Parang, City of
Marikina, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Road Lot
2, of the cons.- subd. plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 1, of the cons.-subd. plan; on the
NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, (LRC) Pcs-20232; and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2, of Block 1, of
the cons.-subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on (OVER): containing a total area of THIRTY
SQUARE METERS (30 sq.), more or less…”

II] I hereby voluntarily waive our rights and interests over the above-described parcel of land, for
an act of love, liberality and generosity;

III] I freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, my rights and interests over the above-cited parcel of
land in favour of FRANCIS MALINAO MAGDAONG, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at #36 Pacheco Santan St. Fortune, Marikina City.

IV] The above-named transferee, hereby accept and receive this waiver made in his favour, and he
expresses appreciation and gratefulness for the love, kindness and generosity of the transferor;

V] We, Transferor and Transferee hereby affirm that we have voluntarily executed this instrument
out of our own free will, without force, intimidation or violence from any person present at the
time of execution of this presents, nor anything which somehow may vitiate our individual
consent;

VI] I, the transferor, have no more claim or demand against each other regarding the said property;

VII] I, the transferor, including the transferee herein, are executing this affidavit with full knowledge
of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this affidavit may serve.

Principals further sayeth naught.
