SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Paoay, Ilocos Norte, do hereby constitute, name and appoint, HIGINO T. GASIDAN, of legal
age, Filipina citizen and resident of Brgy. 3, Salbang, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special
powers, to wit:
To withdraw and use my savings from Center for Agriculture and Rural Development
(CARD), Inc. with the Account No. 0922-4041-2895715 and I.D/CID No. 1105952 of San
Agustin Paoay, Ilocos Norte, under such terms and conditions which he may deem fit, proper
and convenient and to sign and execute the necessary legal documents, agreements and other
pertinent papers related thereto.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present and acting in person; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
