Subject: DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF SCHOOLS FOR

CONSIDERATION UNDER 2020 LISTING OF LAST MILE
SCHOOLS PROGRAM

In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. 59, s. 2019, dated May 22,
2019, and titled “Prioritizing the Development of the Last Mile Schools in
2020-2021: Reaching Out and Closing the Gap,” and in order to commence
preparations for the finalization of the list of schools to be identified, validated and
considered for 2020, the Office of the Undersecretary of Administration (OUA)
hereby sets the deadline for the submission of the proposed schools on June
30, 2019.

Proposals for school inclusions for 2020 Last Mile Schools Program may
be submitted at https://my.workplace.com/groups/recomendees4LMS/ by
the posting of photographs of the proposed schools and school profile details such
as, but not limited to, school name, identification number, address, number
classrooms, number of students, etc., and justrification why the same must be
considered.

Submissions in the same Workplace Group after June 30, 2019 will be
considered for 2021.
