The information contained herein is considered proprietary and confidential information of Sap
Informatics (SI) an affiliate of DS Consulting. (“DSC”), and its release would offer substantial benefit
to competitors offering similar services. This material includes descriptions of methodologies and
concepts derived through substantial research and development efforts undertaken by SI.
Therefore, the use or release of the information contained in this proposal for purposes other than
an evaluation of its contents as a basis for contract award is prohibited .

The term "SI" appearing elsewhere in this proposal may refer to SI or DSC, or to one or more of its
affiliates or affiliate partners (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the content or
meaning thereof mean and include its successors and assigns).

However, this proposal is being submitted only by SI, which is solely responsible for its contents, and
Sap Informatics will be the contracting entity or DSC shall decide the affiliate contracting entity if its
proposal is selected.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your time and consideration given to us.

It is a pleasure to introduce DSC as a Mobility App Solutions provider besides being

in the area of SAP Consulting, Telecom and technology service provider.

Further to our discussion yesterday I am enclosing a draft quote for Realty mobile
App and brief on Ourselves.

We can also develop for the tablets customised e-brochures which may be used to
showcase your projects containing interactive walkthroughs etc. normally used for
personal face to face customer interactive presentations.

We have been around since 2000 and worked with some notable companies and
organizations in India both Private and Government. Some of these include
Crompton Greaves, BSNL, Vodafone, Tata DocoMo, Govt. of Maharashtra etc. with
good IT and SAP ecosystems.

We gave Crompton Greaves a CRM solution 13 years ago before the term became
fashionable.

Our advanced yet low cost GIS based systems we help companies like Vodafone,
Tata DoCoMo to monitor in real time their multi-billion dollar investments, maximise
returns on the same and maintain optimum equipment performance
Our SAP Services are now being concentrated to put Enterprise on the Mobile and
shifting on to the Cloud to help customers to concentrate on their core business
instead of technology

We were the first in India to put a telephone directory on the Internet way back in
1998 and went on to replicate the effort for entire Maharashtra and Goa and
subsequently helped put almost the entire India Telephone directory on the web.
You can find this work on the BSNL site. Another work of ours which can be seen in
the public domain is the Voice SMS available across all telecom providers, we
helped Roamware Inc to develop a part of this product which they market.

Besides our own consultants we have a very good SAP and IT ecosystem where
we have SAP &IT consultants working with World Class companies such as IBM,
Cap Gemini, Accenture, TCS who are on our call to provide us with their technical
expertise.

1.1 Project Scope
As per your requirement the App will be developed for Android Platform . From
the profile of your customers for Seva Group even if you initially do the development
on android platform , it should be sufficient.

The App will be an exclusive Seva Group branding, carrying no third party ads
whatsoever.

The App will have multiple sections(panels) and each of these may have sub-
panels totally about nine in number as per your requirement which will include
-project information
- graphics including Maps
- Layouts
- Configurations
- photos
- Share App
- Contact Numbers , email id.
- Links to your Website
- "One touch Contact Me" widgets can be suitably placed for each of the main
sections which will capture the prospective customer number, item he was interested
in. On touching the "One Touch" an SMS will reach a designated recipient
Number of Seva Group which will be from the Prospect and hence the mobile
number of the prospect and a tag identifying the property the prospect was
interested in eg - "SEVA GWILLOWS ROWVILLA 2BHK"

Additional optional Features not opted for at the moment like Videos, virtual Reality ,
analytics can be incorporated at a later stage when desired. Event Support such as
Lucky Draw can be incorporated as and when required for a nominal fee.

Monthly support is for App updations of reasonable quantum, SMS services and
backend maintenance where applicable..

1.2 Expected Minimum Period of Engagement : as per requirement ,

expected 6 months

1.3 Lead Time : 2 weeks on receipt of order and on mutual agreement

1.4 Deliverables : Android Apps - 1st cut within 2 weeks

5.Others

 SI will design and do the application development for Seva Group will procure and make
available the required Hardware, Operating Systems for iOS development (if any)
namely at least one Mac Book pro. iOS projects are quoted separately.
 Seva Group will ensure and make available all materials including photos, images etc
necessary to develop the App.
 All creative will be provided by Seva Group
 Seva Group will provide all support, infrastructure / equipment on site for the successful
completion of the project such as
1. Basic office facilities viz. PC, Printer, Stationary, Xerox, CD writing, DVD, Thumb
Drive etc

2. PC will be suitably configured & come with appropriate software viz. Microsoft
windows Server, Microsoft office, Visio (diagramming tool), Anti Virus etc.

3. Requirement for any other specific software can be specified once the requirements
are studied and will be put up at an appropriate time.

4. Communication facilities - phone/email/Internet/fax/courier

 The system delivery is ex- Mumbai at Seva Group Office , Mumbai . Expenses related to
visits outside Mumbai corporate office will be borne by Seva Group Any
taxes/government levies to be borne by Seva Group
 All required support for successful completion of the project.
