Terms & Conditions:

• Aforementioned prices include activation charges, taxes, and advance rental charges for 6 months
which are non-refundable in nature. After expiration of this half-year period, a nominal rental
charge will be applicable. This condition is applicable for both CPE/STB.
• Prices shown above are exclusive of installation charges.
• Independent TV retains the authority to revise the rental charges of CPE/STB.
• Under the rental scheme, the ownership of CPE/STB rests with Independent TV.
• Independent TV would service the STB for a period of three years from the date of installation
and all repairs or replacements under this period will be non-chargeable. However, a service
charge would be levied on all repairs related to accompanying materials other than STB such as
dish antenna, LNBF, connector, anchor bolt, wire etc based on the announcement of Independent
TV in consistency with The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of
Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017.
Replacement of material, for no error of Independent TV, will be charged extra as per the
company’s policies.
• Warranty of 3 years shall not be applicable in case where equipment is physically damaged or
tampered with, STB is used inadequately, unauthorized modification or replacement is made in
part or full, serial number of STB is removed or marred, damage to STB is caused because of
abnormal variations in voltage, detriment occurs due to neglect, reason is an Act of God or any
other damage happens because of usage different from normal use.
• After completion of 3 years, repairs and replacement of STB will be chargeable as per rates
announced by Independent TV from time to time.
• In case where the subscriber requests for relocation, installation charges for any re-establishment
of equipment(s) will be chargeable in accordance with the charges stated by The
Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and
Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017.

• All the prices mentioned above are inclusive of taxes and activation charges.
• Prices shown above are exclusive of installation charges.
• Independent TV retains the authority to revise the price of CPE.
• Under this scheme, the ownership of CPE rests with the subscriber.
• The STB provided under this scheme would carry a warranty of 1 year from the date of activation
and all repairs or replacements under this period will be non-chargeable. Service charge, subject
to applicable charges as specified by The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services
Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations,
2017, would be levied on all repairs related to accompanying materials other than STB such as
dish antenna, LNBF, etc. Replacement of material, for no error of Independent TV, will be charged
extra as per the company’s policies.

charges as per the rates announced by Independent TV.
