complaines of fever , dizzeness, nausea vomiting andlost of appetite )
Wife ; Good morning doc
Doctor ; Good morning please come in, can i help you?
Wife ; My husband is getting ill. I want him cheeked.
Doctor ; We firstly,may i have his name ?
Wife ; Mr.Topik
Doctor ; What do you feel sir?
Patient ; I feel dizzy, i have nausea,vomting, fever, and lost of appetite
Doctor ; Yess sir, well i’ll check your codisition ( the doctor examining thre patient )
Doctor ; After examination it seem that you have degue fever. What about checking
your blood in actual disease.is that ok with yo?
Patient ; Of course doc
( Doctor call a nurse to do a laboratory check )
Doctor ; nurs, this patient to do alabaratorycan you take him to labaratory ?
Nurse ; sure doc
Nurse ; sir, could you follow me to lab?
Patient ; sure nurse.
( And then the nurse takes blood sampless in the arms of mr.topik in order to find out what
disease that he has exactly. Aftre the nurse completed to take the blood sample the nurse
goes to the laboratory to the blood )
( A an hour later, the nurse come into the doctor and brings the result of laboratory check
mr.Topik and the family were called by the doctor)
Nurse ; excuse medoc, here it is mr.topik lab result
Doctor ; nurse, pleasecall mr.topik
Nurse ; wait doc
( Nurse call family of mr.topik )
Nurse ; mr. Topik ,please come in
Wife ; yes, nurse, I am his wife
(doctor tell the results of the lab checks)
Doctor ; ma’am, mr. Topics was diagnosed to have a dengue fever and should be
treated
Patients ; oh my god, what should we do doc ?
Wife ; it will be better if patient is hospitalized here. He will get a good care.
Patient ; fine doc, if it is better for him.
Doctor ; now, mr. Topic will be brought to inpatient room and will be given an
infusion
Wife ; OK doc
(nurse brings patient into inpatient room to give iv infusion)
Nurse ; excuse me yes sir, i am nurse desta i am nurse in charge today, so i’ll start to
apply iv infusion the purpose of this treatmen is to change your body fluid is that ok with
you sir?
Patient ; OK nurse

Nurse ; well, sir i have already done the installation of infusion, if you need help,
push the buzzer or your family can go to nurse station

Nurse ; next, i and the doctor will be here again after 2 hours to monitor the
progress of your condition
Wife ; all right nurse thank you

(after several days on the hospital he feels better, and he asks wife to call the nurse,
because he wants to go home, unfortunately the doctor doesn’t allow him to go home)
Wife ; nurse, my husband that the he has recoverd so he wants go home soon
Nurse ; patient’s trombosit was still low, the doctor doesn’t allow him to go home
Wife ; but my husband insists to go home, nurse
Nurse ; the doctor’s will visit here in 2 hours i will ask him wheater mr. Topics can go
home today or not
Wife ; OK, i wait for the good news thank you nurse
